एएनआई, पटना। विपक्ष के विरोध के बीच वक्फ संशोधन बिल लोकसभा के बाद राज्यसभा में भी पारित हो गया है। राष्ट्रपति की मंजूरी मिलने के बाद यह कानून बन जाएगा। वहीं, वक्फ संसोधन बिल को राज्यसभा में मंजूरी मिलते ही जेडीयू के दो मुस्लिम नेताओं ने पार्टी से इस्तीफा दे दिया है।

जेडीयू द्वारा वक्फ संशोधन विधेयक को समर्थन देने के बाद मुस्लिम नेताओं ने पार्टी छोड़ने का फैसला किया है।

CM नीतीश को पत्र लिखकर दिया इस्तीफा

जेडीयू के अल्पसंख्यक राज्य सचिव मोहम्मद शाहनवाज मलिक ने शुक्रवार को पार्टी अध्यक्ष नीतीश कुमार को संबोधित एक पत्र के माध्यम से अपने इस्तीफे की घोषणा की। उन्होंने कहा कि सीएम नीतीश कुमार ने मुसलमानों का सारा विश्वास खो दिया है, जो मानते थे कि पार्टी धर्मनिरपेक्ष है।

जेडीयू पर विश्वास तोड़ने का आरोप

पत्र में मलिक ने लिखा कि 'हमारे जैसे लाखों भारतीय मुसलमानों का दृढ़ विश्वास था कि आप पूरी तरह से धर्मनिरपेक्ष विचारधारा के ध्वजवाहक हैं, लेकिन अब यह विश्वास टूट गया है।'

मोहम्मद शाहनवाज मलिक ने कहा कि जिस तरह से जेडीयू सांसद ललन सिंह ने लोकसभा में बिल का समर्थन किया है, उससे मुसलमानों की भावनाओं को गहरी ठेस पहुंची है। इसक साथ ही मलिक ने अपने पत्र में ललन सिंह द्वारा बिल के समर्थन में दिए गए भाषण का भी जिक्र किया।

विधेयक के जरिए मुसलमानों को बदनाम किया जा रहा: मलिक

मलिक ने कहा कि यह विधेयक संविधान के कई मौलिक अधिकारों का उल्लंघन करता है। इस विधेयक के जरिए भारतीय मुसलमानों को अपमानित और बदनाम किया जा रहा है।

मलिक ने पार्टी के साथ अपने लंबे सफर पर जताया दुख

मोहम्मद शाहनवाज मलिक ने लंबे समय तक जेडीयू में रहने पर भी दुख जताया। उन्होंने कहा कि मुझे खेद है कि मैंने अपने जीवन के कई साल पार्टी को दिए।

उन्होंने घोषणा की कि वह जेडीयू की प्राथमिक सदस्यता और अन्य सभी जिम्मेदारियों से इस्तीफा दे रहे हैं। इस्तीफे की एक प्रति जेडीयू के प्रदेश अध्यक्ष उमेश कुशवाहा और पार्टी के वरिष्ठ नेता मोहम्मद अशरफ अंसारी को भी भेजी गई है।

मोहम्मद कासिम अंसारी ने दिया इस्तीफा

इससे पहले, मोहम्मद कासिम अंसारी ने भी जनता दल (यूनाइटेड) की प्राथमिक सदस्यता से इस्तीफा दे दिया था, क्योंकि पार्टी ने लोकसभा में वक्फ (संशोधन) विधेयक, 2025 को पारित करने का समर्थन किया था।

बिहार के मुख्यमंत्री और जेडी(यू) प्रमुख नीतीश कुमार को लिखे अपने इस्तीफे में अंसारी ने कहा कि वक्फ संशोधन विधेयक पर पार्टी के रुख ने लाखों मुसलमानों को गहरी ठेस पहुंचाई है।

राज्य ब्यूरो, पटना। उप मुख्यमंत्री विजय सिन्हा ने वक्फ विधेयक के पारित होने प्रसन्नता प्रकट की है। उन्होंने कहा है कि प्रधानमंत्री नरेन्द्र मोदी की सरकार का स्पष्ट सिद्धांत है कि वोट बैंक के लिए हम कोई कानून नहीं लाएंगे, क्योंकि कानून न्याय और जन के कल्याण के लिए होता है। यह तुष्टीकरण का माध्यम नहीं होना चाहिए।

गैर-इस्लामिक सदस्य को जगह नहीं

वक्फ विधेयक के संशोधन में कहीं भी धार्मिक स्वतंत्रता में हस्तक्षेप नहीं किया गया है। इस विधेयक के माध्यम से जो बदलाव किए गए हैं, वह विशुद्ध रूप से प्रशासनिक प्रकृति के हैं। वक्फ बोर्ड में धार्मिक दान से जुड़े कार्यों में किसी गैर-इस्लामिक सदस्य को जगह नहीं दी गई है।

वक्फ बोर्ड या इसके परिसरों में जिन गैर-मुस्लिम सदस्यों को रखने की बात कही गई है, उनका काम धार्मिक क्रियाकलापों से संबंधित नहीं होगा। चैरिटी कमिश्नर किसी भी धर्म का व्यक्ति बन सकता है, वह सुनिश्चित करेगा कि बोर्ड का संचालन चैरिटी कानून के मुताबिक हो।

केंद्र ने किया संवैधानिक मूल्यों का सम्मान

वक्फ विधेयक में संशोधन के माध्यम से मोदी की सरकार ने न्यायपालिका के आदेश एवं संवैधानिक मूल्यों की अवहेलना नहीं, बल्कि उसका सम्मान किया हैं। इसलिए इसका विरोध करने वाले देश के संविधान, देश के कानून एवं किसी भी समुदाय के हितैषी कतई नहीं हो सकते हैं।

जिनके मन में चोरी है वही, वक्फ संशोधन का विरोध कर रहे हैं

भाजपा के राष्ट्रीय मंत्री ऋतुराज सिंहा ने वक्फ संशोधन विधेयक के संसद के दोनों सदन में पारित होने पर प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी, गृहमंत्री अमित शाह एवं अल्पसंख्यक कल्याण मंत्री किरण रिजिजू के समर्थन में खड़े सभी सांसदों को बधाई दी है।

उन्होंने कहा है कि जिनकी बेइमानी की दुकान बंद हुई है, वहीं लोग इस विधेयक के संशोधन पर हाय-तौबा मचा कर विधवा विलाप कर रहे है। सच्चाई यह है कि विधेयक के पास होने से मुस्लिम महिलाओं के साथ-साथ पिछड़े और गरीब मुस्लिमों की जिदंगी में खुशहाली आएगी।

वक्फ के पास अभी कई ऐसी जमीनें हैं, जिसका उसके पास रिकॉर्ड तक नहीं है? क्या यह काफी नहीं है समझने के लिए कि संशोधन क्यों जरूरी था। अब पेट में दर्द तो उन्हें होगा ही जो इसकी आड़ में जमीन हड़पने या भू-माफिया की दुकान चलाते थे।

ऋतुराज ने कहा कि दुनिया में कहीं किसी अल्पसंख्यक या बहुसंख्यक के लिए ऐसा कोई कानून नहीं है। यही नहीं, मुस्लिम देशों में भी ऐसा कोई कानून नहीं है तो भारत को ऐसे कानून को ढोने की जरूरत क्या है?

वक्फ के पास इतनी संपति होने के बावजूद भी अल्पसंख्यक वर्ग सबसे ज्यादा पिछड़ा हुआ क्यों है? इन सभी पक्षों को जानने के बाद स्पष्ट है कि देश में इस कानून में बदलाव की जरूरत देशहित के लिए आवश्यक था।

डिजिटल डेस्क, नई दिल्ली। वक्फ संशोधन बिल पर संसद की मुहर लग गई है। लोकसभा के बाद राज्यसभा में भी वक्फ संशोधन बिल 2025 पारित हो गया। अब इसको लेकर प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी का पहला रिएक्शन सामने आया है। पीएम मोदी ने ने इसे एतिहासिक क्षण बताया है।

पीएम मोदी ने कहा-

वक्फ (संशोधन) विधेयक का संसद के दोनों सदनों से पारित होना सामाजिक-आर्थिक न्याय, पारदर्शिता और समावेशी विकास के लिए हमारे सामूहिक प्रयासों में एक महत्वपूर्ण क्षण है। पीएम मोदी ने आगे कहा-इससे खास तौर पर उन लोगों को मदद मिलेगी, जो लंबे समय से हाशिये पर रहे हैं और उन्हें आवाज और अवसर दोनों से वंचित रखा गया है।

पीएम ने जताया आभार 

संसदीय और समिति चर्चाओं में भाग लेने वाले सभी सांसदों का आभार, जिन्होंने अपने विचार व्यक्त किए और इन कानूनों को मजबूत बनाने में योगदान दिया। संसदीय समिति को अपने बहुमूल्य सुझाव भेजने वाले अनगिनत लोगों का भी विशेष आभार। एक बार फिर, व्यापक बहस और संवाद के महत्व की पुष्टि हुई है।

उन्होंने आगे लिखा, 'अब हम ऐसे युग में प्रवेश करेंगे जहां ढांचा अधिक आधुनिक और सामाजिक न्याय के प्रति संवेदनशील होगा। व्यापक रूप से हम प्रत्येक नागरिक की गरिमा को प्राथमिकता देने के लिए प्रतिबद्ध हैं। इसी तरह हम एक मजबूत, अधिक समावेशी और अधिक दयालु भारत का निर्माण भी कर सकते हैं।'

दोनों सदनों में पड़े कितने वोट?

राज्यसभा में बिल पर चर्चा पूरी होने के बाद देर रात 2 बजे के बाद वोटिंग कराई गई। इस दौरान सत्ता पक्ष बिल पास कराने में सफल रहा। वक्फ संशोधन बिल के पक्ष में 128 और विपक्ष में 95 वोट पड़े। इस तरह 12 घंटे से ज्यादा की चर्चा के बाद रात 2.32 बजे राज्यसभा से वक्फ विधेयक पारित हो गया। वहीं राज्य सभा में बिल के पक्ष में 288 वोट पड़े, जबकि विरोध में 232 वोट पड़े।
