Saas company Excelsoft Technologies has filed its draft red herring prospectus (DRHP) with capital markets regulator Sebi to raise Rs 700 crore through an IPO. The issue includes a fresh equity sale of up to Rs 210 crore and an offer for sale (OFS) of Rs 490 crore by the promoter-selling shareholders - Pedanta Technologies and Dhananjaya Sudhanva.The company proposes to utilise part of the net proceeds towards funding of capital expenditure for purchase of land and construction of a new building and for upgradation and external electrical systems of its existing facility in Mysore. The remaining funds will also be used for funding upgradation of the company’s IT Infrastructure and general corporate purposes.The company may consider a pre-IPO placement through a further issue of equity shares up to Rs 30 crore; or through a secondary sale of equity. If this is done, the fresh issue will be reduced to the extent of such placement.With over two decades of experience, Excelsoft provides technology-based solutions across diverse learning and assessment segments through long-term contracts with enterprise clients worldwide.As on December 2024, it caters to 71 clients spread across 17 countries, including USA, UK, India, Singapore, Australia, Japan, Malaysia, Saudi Arabia, UAE and Canada.Some of its prominent and long standing clients are Pearson Education, AQA Education, Colleges of Excellence, NxGen Asia, Pearson Professional Assessments, Sedtech for Technology Education & Learning WLL, Ascend Learning LLC, Brigham Young University – IDAHO, Training Qualifications UK, Surala Net, Excel Public School and The Chartered Quality Institute.Excelsoft reported revenue from operations of Rs 198.3 crore in FY24, with a PAT of Rs 12.75 crore. As per the draft prospectus, There are no listed companies or peers in India that have business composition and segment contribution similar to it.The global SaaS market has seen rapid growth, with vertical SaaS emerging as a dominant trend that promises specialized, industry-tailored solutions.This shift has positioned vertical SaaS to grow at an even faster pace than general SaaS, with estimates suggesting that vertical SaaS could account for nearly 50% of the SaaS market by 2030, according to an Arizton report.Anand Rathi Advisors is the Book Running Lead Manager to the issue. The equity shares of the company are proposed to be listed on BSE and NSE.

डिजिटल डेस्क, नई दिल्ली। अमेरिकी कारोबारी और अरबपति एलन मस्क जल्द ही भारत में अपनी कंपनी टेस्ला का शोरूम खोलने वाले हैं। इसके बाद भारत की सड़कों पर टेस्ला की कारें देखने को मिल जाएगी। एलन मस्क भारत आने की पूरी तैयारी कर चुके हैं।

एलन मस्क ने ये भी डिसाइड कर लिया है कि भारत में टेस्ला का पहला शोरूम किस शहर में होगा? ऐसे में लोगों के दिमाग में सबसे पहले देश की राजधानी दिल्ली का नाम सामने आएगा, लेकिन मस्क दिल्ली नहीं बल्कि महानगरी मुंबई में शोरूम खोलने की तैयारी में हैं।

जानकारी के अनुसार, टेस्ला के अधिकारियों ने मुंबई में जगह की तलाश भी कर ली है और जल्द ही ये ओपन भी हो जाएगा। इससे पहले टेस्ला कंपनी ने दिल्ली, मुंबई और बाकी इलाकों के लिए 13 पदों पर जॉब भी निकाली थी। इसके बाद से ही टेस्ला के भारत आने की बात सामने आ गई थी।

कहां होगा पहला शोरूम और कितना होगा किराया?

टाइम्स ऑफ इंडिया की एक रिपोर्ट के अनुसार, भारतीय बाजार में अपनी एक अलग पहचान बनाने के महत्वपूर्ण कदम उठाते हुए टेस्ला ने मुंबई के बांद्रा कुर्ला कॉम्प्लेक्स (बीकेसी) में अपना पहला शोरूम स्थापित करने के लिए बड़ी डील कर ली है।

ऐसा कहा जा रहा है कि, कथित तौर पर यह लीज एग्रीमेंट समझौता देश में किसी कमर्शियल स्थान के लिए सबसे बड़ा लीज एग्रीमेंट में से एक होगा। रिपोर्ट में कहा गया है कि, टेस्ला बीकेसी में एक कमर्शियल टॉवर के बेसमेंट में 4 हजार वर्ग फुट की जगह लेगी।

इस जगह पर कंपनी अपनी कार मॉडल को प्रदर्शित करेगी। इस जगह का मासिक लीज किराया लगभग 900 रुपये प्रति वर्ग फुट हो, जो लगभग 35 लाख रुपये प्रति माह है। लीज पांच साल की अवधी के लिए तय की गई है।

दिल्ली के एयरोसिटी में भी खुलेगा शोरूम

'भारत कर रहा टेस्ला को मजबूर'

• टेस्ला आने वाले महीनों में भारत-अमेरिका द्विपक्षीय व्यापार समझौते पर चल रही चर्चाओं के अनुरूप लॉन्च के लिए हो सकता है तैयार।
• पीएम मोदी और ट्रंप की बैठक के बाद हुई थी इसकी घोषणा।
• वर्तमान में भारत वाहनों पर 110 फीसदी इंपोर्ट ड्यूटी लगाता है।
• ट्रंप का तर्क- इतने हाई टैरिफ टेस्ला को देश में एक मैन्युफैक्चरिंग यूनिट स्थापित करने के लिए किया जा रहा मजबूर।

टेस्ला इंडिया ने निकाली रिक्तियां

• टेस्ला ने भारत में नियुक्ति प्रक्रिया की शुरू।
• कस्टमर सर्विस, ऑपरेशन और सेल्स भूमिकाओं को कवर करते हुए लिंक्डइन पर 13 नौकरी के अवसर किए गए सूचिबद्ध।
• इनमें पांच पद मुंबई और दिल्ली दोनों जगह उपलब्ध हैं, बाकि के सभी मुंबई में स्थित हैं।
• सेल्स, ऑपरेशन, टेक्नीकल सपोर्ट और कस्टमर सर्विस सहित डिफ्रेंट डिपार्टमेंट में 13 पदों का विज्ञापन दिया गया।
• इनसाइड सेल्स एडवाइजर, टेस्ला एडवाइजर, सर्विस एडवाइजर, ऑर्डर ऑपरेशंस स्पेशलिस्ट, सर्विस मैनेजर, स्टोर मैनेजर, पार्ट एडवाइजर, बिजनेस ऑपरेशंस एनालिस्ट, सर्विस टेकनीशियन, कंज्यूमर एंगेजमेंट मैनेजर, कस्टमर सपोर्ट एडवाइजर और डिलिवरी ऑपरेशंस स्पेशलिस्ट शामिल हैं।

कितनी होगी भारत में टेस्ला कार की कीमत

• CNBC-TV18 की रिपोर्ट के अनुसार, टेस्ला बर्लिन से कारों को इंपोर्ट करने और शुरुआत में उन्हें भारत में बेचने पर कर रही है विचार।
• शुरुआत में भारत में 25 हजार डॉलर से कम कीमत में ईवी लाने की है योजना।
• अमेरिका में फैक्ट्री लेवल पर 35 हजार डॉलर (लगभग 30.4 लाख रुपये) से होती है शुरू।

पीटीआई, इंफाल। हिंसा से प्रभावित मणिपुर में राष्ट्रपति शासन लागू होने के बाद हालात अब सुधरने लगे हैं। पांच जिलों में लोगों ने 42 आग्नेयास्त्रों और कारतूसों को सरेंडर किया है। पुलिस अधिकारी ने बताया कि इंफाल पश्चिम और पूर्व, चुराचांदपुर, बिष्णुपुर और तामेंगलोंग जिलों में इन हथियारों को जमा कराया गया है। सुरक्षाबलों ने दो स्थानों पर पांच अवैध बंकरों को भी ध्वस्त किया है।

बिष्णुपुर जिले में दो पिस्तौल, छह ग्रेनेड और 75 से अधिक कारतूसों समेत 5 आग्नेयास्त्रों और तामेंगलोंग जिले के कैमाई पुलिस स्टेशन में 17 देशी बंदूक, 9 पोम्पी और कारतूसों को सरेंडर किया गया है।

पुलिस अधिकारी ने मुताबिक याइंगंगपोकपी, पोरोमपट, चुराचांदपुर और लामसांग पुलिस थानों में 10 आग्नेयास्त्रों और कारतूसों को सरेंडर किया गया है। सुरक्षा बलों ने कांगपोकपी जिले के मार्क हिल में दो अवैध बंकरों को ध्वस्त किया है। वाकन पहाड़ी रेंज में भी तीन अन्य अवैध बंकरों को नष्ट किया गया है।

भारी मात्रा में हथियार बरामद

इंफाल पश्चिम जिले के सैरेमखुल में तलाशी अभियान के दौरान 20 राउंड गोला-बारूद से भरी एक मैगजीन, एक इंसास एलएमजी, एक एके-56 राइफल, तीन एसएलआर राइफल, एक एसएमजी 9एमएम कार्बाइन, एक .303 राइफल, एक डीबीबीएल गन, बिना डेटोनेटर के चार ग्रेनेड, एक चीनी हथगोला और अन्य सामान पकड़ा गया है।

राज्यपाल ने दिया हथियार जमा कराने का अल्टीमेटम

मणिपुर के राज्यपाल अजय कुमार भल्ला ने 20 फरवरी को हिंसा में शामिल समूहों से लूटे गए और अन्य अवैध हथियारों को सात दिनों के भीतर जमा कराने का अल्टीमेटम दिया था। इसके बाद इंफाल घाटी और पहाड़ों में बसे लोगों ने अतिरिक्त समय की मांग की। बाद में राज्यपाल ने हथियारों को जमा कराने की समय सीमा को बढ़ाकर 6 मार्च तक कर दिया। सात दिनों के भीतर घाटी के जिलों में 300 से अधिक आग्नेयास्त्रों को जनता ने जमा करवाया है।

सीएम के इस्तीफे के बाद लगा राष्ट्रपति शासन

बता दें कि मई 2023 में मैतेई और कुकी समूहों के बीच जातीय हिंसा भड़की थी। 22 महीने की हिंसा में 250 से अधिक लोगों की जान जा चुकी है। अब तक हजारों लोग बेघर हो चुके हैं। पिछले महीने मुख्यमंत्री एन बीरेन सिंह ने अपने पद से इस्तीफा दे दिया। इसके बाद 13 फरवरी को मणिपुर में राष्ट्रपति शासन लागू किया गया।
