डिजिटल डेस्क, नई दिल्ली। 22 मार्च शनिवार को कर्नाटक बंद का एलान किया गया है। यह बंद कुछ कन्नड़ संगठनों द्वारा बुलाया गया है। 'ग्रेटर बेंगलुरु गवर्नेंस बिल' के विरोध में बंद बुलाया गया है।

साथ ही, बेलगावी में हुई एक घटना के खिलाफ भी कुछ कन्नड़ संगठन प्रदर्शन कर रहे हैं। बता दें, बेलगावी में कर्नाटक स्टेट रोड ट्रांसपोर्ट कॉर्पोरेशन के एक बस कंडक्टर पर हमला किया गया था, क्योंकि उसने मराठी में बात नहीं की थी।

बंद की वजह से स्कूली बच्चे परेशान

इस बंद की वजह से स्कूल जाने वाले बच्चों के पैरेंट्स, स्टूडेंट्स और टीचर्स सब परेशान हैं। लोगों में इस बात को लेकर कन्फ्यूजन है कि बंद की वजह से स्कूल खुले रहेंगे या बंद। अभी स्कूलों में एग्जाम का समय चल रहा है और सेकेंडरी लीविंग सर्टिफिकेट (SSLC) के एग्जाम 21 मार्च से ही शुरू हुए हैं, लेकिन शनिवार को कोई एग्जाम नहीं है।

हालांकि, कुछ स्कूलों में छोटी क्लास के एग्जाम हैं। 'एसोसिएटेड मैनेजमेंट ऑफ प्राइवेट अनएडेड स्कूल्स इन कर्नाटक' ने ये साफ कर दिया है कि परीक्षा तय समय पर ही होगी। संस्था ने कहा कि एग्जाम आगे बढ़ाने या रद करने से छात्रों पर असर पड़ सकता है और उनका शेड्यूल बिगड़ सकता है।

कुछ संगठनों ने दिया नैतिक समर्थन

डी शशि कुमार ने बताया कि हम बंद में हिस्सा लेना चाहते हैं। लेकिन परीक्षा की वजह से हम सिर्फ नैतिक समर्थन दे सकते हैं। एग्जाम रद कराने या आगे बढ़ाने से बच्चों को परेशानी होगी और हम ऐसा नहीं चाहते हैं।

बेंगलुरु में ट्रांसपोर्ट रहेंगे बंद

कर्नाटक बंद के कारण ट्रांसपोर्ट की समस्या उत्पन्न हो सकती है। ओला उबर ड्राइवर्स एंड ओनर्स एसोसिएषन ने बंद को पूरा समर्थन देने की घोषणा की है। इसका मतलब है कि बंद के दिन कैब नहीं चलेंगी। इसके साथ ही, बेंगलुरु के करीब 2 लाख ऑटो रिक्शा भी नहीं चलेंगे।

KSRTC की बसें चलेंगी या नहीं?

कर्नाटक स्टेट रोड ट्रांसपोर्ट कॉर्पोरेशन (KSRTC) ने अभी तक यह साफ नहीं किया है कि बसें चलेंगी या नहीं। लेकिन अगर ट्रांसपोर्ट कम होगा, तो स्टूडेंट्स के लिए स्कूल पहुंचना मुश्किल हो सकता है।

जागरण संवाददाता, पटना। Bihar Weather Today: बिहार के मौसम में लगातार बदलाव जारी है। मौसम विभाग ने आज भी प्रदेश के अधिसंख्य भागों में गरज-तड़क के साथ बूंदाबांदी व झोंके के साथ तेज हवा चलेगी। कुछ जिलों में ओले गिरने की भी संभावना है, जिसे देखते हुए मौसम विभाग ने ऑरेंज अलर्ट जारी किया है। तीन दिनों के दौरान अधिकतम तापमान में विशेष परिवर्तन की संभावना नहीं है।

इन इलाकों में ओले गिरने के आसार

खगड़िया, मुंगेर, जमुई, बांका और भागलपुर में ओले गिरने की संभावना है, जिसे देखते हुए मौसम विभाग ने ऑरेंज अलर्ट जारी किया है।

प्रखंड के विभिन्न इलाकों में इन दिनों मौसम में अचानक गिरावट आ गई है, बूंदाबांदी की वजह से मौसम में बदलाव देखने को मिल रहा है। शुकवार की सुबह में भी हल्की बूंदाबांदी हुई है। हल्की वर्षा के साथ ठंडक ने अपनी उपस्थिति दर्ज कर दी है।

हल्की बारिश के साथ तापमान में भी लगातार उतार-चढ़ाव देखने को मिल रहा है। सुबह में हल्की बूंदाबांदी भी हुई और चारों तरफ कोहरा नजर आ रहा था। हालत यह रहे कि सुबह में दस बजे तक धूप भी नहीं निकली। फिलहाल आकाश में काले बादल छाए हुए हैं।

किसानों की बढ़ी चिंता

किसानों के अनुसार बूंदाबांदी से आम के मंजर को अधिक नुकसान हुआ है। किसान शांति भूषण कुमार, दूधनाथ महतो, सुरेश राजबंशी समेत अन्य कहते हैं कि आसमान साफ होते ही ठंड बढ़ने की संभावना है।

वहीं अगर मौसम का मिजाज बदला और वर्षा हुई तो रबी फसल को क्षति होगी। बूंदाबांदी होने से सब्जी मंडी जाने वाले मार्ग व मुख्य सड़क में कीचड़ हो गया है।

मौसम में बदलाव के बीच विभागों को किया गया अलर्ट

मौसम में जारी बदलाव के बीच अगले 2-3 दिनों के बाद तापमान में इजाफा होगा। गर्मी के मौसम को देखते हुए जिलाधिकारी डॉ. चंद्रशेखर सिंह ने विभिन्न विभागों को भीषण गर्मी एवं लू से बचाने के लिए कारगर उपाय करने का आदेश दिया है। मानक संचालन प्रक्रिया के तहत उन्हें जरूरी व्यवस्था करनी है।

स्वास्थ्य, शिक्षा, पीएचईडी, फायर, समाज कल्याण, पशु एवं मत्स्य संसाधन, ग्रामीण विकास समेत अन्य विभागों के लिए जारी आदेश में पेयजल के इंतजाम पर जिलाधिकारी ने विशेष ध्यान देने को कहा है। इसके अलावा मजदूरों की कार्य अवधि भी बदली जा सकती है।

शहरी क्षेत्र में सार्वजनिक स्थानों पर प्याऊ की व्यवस्था, खराब चापाकलों की युद्धस्तर पर मरम्मत, आश्रय स्थलों एवं स्लम के लोगों के लिए इमरजेंसी दवाओं के इंतजाम का निर्देश दिया गया है।

अस्पतालों में पर्याप्त मात्रा में ओआरएस, आइवी फ्लूड, जीवनरक्षक दवाओं के साथ एंबुलेंस एवं आइसोलेशन वार्ड की व्यवस्था करने को कहा गया है।
