राज्य ब्यूरो, पटना। गांवों को शहरों से जोड़ने एवं ग्रामीण बुनियादी ढांचे को सुदृढ़ करने के लिए सरकार ने बड़ी पहल की है। मुख्यमंत्री नीतीश कुमार (Nitish Kumar) की महत्वाकांक्षी योजना ‘मुख्यमंत्री ग्रामीण सेतु योजना’ के तहत वित्तीय वर्ष 2025-26 में 700 नए पुलों के निर्माण की तैयारी की गई है।

इस योजना पर करीब 3000 करोड़ रुपये खर्च किए जाएंगे, जिससे राज्य के हजारों गांवों को स्थायी और सुरक्षित सड़क संपर्क मिल सकेगा। ग्रामीण क्षेत्रों में निर्बाध संपर्क व्यवस्था तैयार करना, जहां आज भी बरसात, बाढ़ या पुराने जर्जर पुलों के कारण आवाजाही बाधित हो जाती है।

योजना के तहत न सिर्फ पुराने और जर्जर पुलों की जगह नए एवं मजबूत पुल बनाए जाएंगे। बल्कि उन इलाकों में भी काम होगा, जहां आज तक मिसिंग ब्रिज की वजह से रास्ता अधूरा है। साथ ही बाढ़ या अन्य प्राकृतिक आपदाओं से क्षतिग्रस्त पुलों को फिर से खड़ा किया जाएगा।

जो पुल पहले से बने हैं, लेकिन उनके पास पहुंच पथ (एप्रोच रोड) नहीं हैं, वहां भी निर्माण कराया जाएगा। ताकि लोगों को आवागमन में कोई परेशानी न हो और बेकार पड़े इन पुलों की उपयोगिता साबित हो सके।

यह योजना खास इसलिए भी है क्योंकि इसमें आम जनता की आवाज को प्राथमिकता दी गई है। ‘जनता के दरबार में मुख्यमंत्री’ कार्यक्रम में आए प्रस्ताव और मुख्यमंत्री द्वारा की गई सार्वजनिक घोषणाएं, दोनों को इस योजना में सम्मिलित किया गया है। यानी यह योजना सिर्फ विभागीय पहल नहीं, जनभागीदारी से बनी योजना है।

सरकार का कहना है कि यह योजना सिर्फ पुलों का निर्माण नहीं, बल्कि गांवों के सामाजिक और आर्थिक विकास की आधारशिला है। किसानों को अपने उत्पाद मंडी तक पहुंचाने में आसानी होगी, बच्चों को स्कूल जाना सुरक्षित और सहज होगा और आपात स्थिति में इलाज के लिए लोगों को रास्ता मिलेगा।
