 पीटीआई, मुंबई। अमेरिकी राष्ट्रपति डोनाल्ड ट्रंप द्वारा पारस्परिक टैरिफ की घोषणाओं के कारण विश्व व्यापार में आए बड़े बदलाव के मद्देनजर राष्ट्रीय स्वयंसेवक संघ के सरकार्यवाह दत्तात्रेय होसबाले ने कहा है कि दर्शन के साथ-साथ व्यापार के क्षेत्र में भी भारत 'विश्वगुरु' बन सकता है।

शनिवार को नेशनल स्टाक एक्सचेंज (एनएसई) में शिष्टाचार भेंट के दौरान होसबाले ने कहा कि कोई भी राष्ट्र विश्वास और पारदर्शिता के बल पर ही फल-फूल सकता है। उन्होंने कहा, ''केवल दर्शन में ही नहीं, बल्कि व्यापार में भी हम विश्वगुरु बन सकते हैं।''

इस बारे में विस्तार से बताते हुए उन्होंने कहा कि विश्वगुरु बनने का मतलब है दुनिया को व्यापार और नैतिकता के अच्छे तौर-तरीकों के बारे में सिखाना है। इसमें विज्ञान, राजनीतिक क्षेत्र, परिवार और कार्यस्थल में अच्छे व्यवहार के बारे में बोलना भी शामिल है।''विश्वास और पारदर्शिता'' के मूल मंत्र के संदर्भ में होसबाले ने कहा कि समाज और राष्ट्र इन्हीं मूल्यों के बल पर फल-फूल सकते हैं। भारत में लंबे समय से व्यापार की परंपरा रही है।

उन्होंने इस बात पर जोर दिया कि ''हमें एनएसई पर गर्व होना चाहिए''। उन्होंने कहा कि भारत की आर्थिक वृद्धि की उच्च गति और लोगों के व्यवहार में बदलाव, एनएसई जैसी संस्थाओं की वजह से है।

पीटीआई, कारवार। रक्षा मंत्री राजनाथ सिंह ने शनिवार को कर्नाटक के कारवार नौसैनिक अड्डे से हिंद महासागर पोत 'सागर' को हरी झंडी दिखाकर रवाना किया। इस अवसर पर उन्होंने कहा कि हिंद महासागर क्षेत्र (आईओआर) में मुक्त नौवहन, नियम आधारित व्यवस्था और शांति सुनिश्चित करना भारत का सबसे बड़ा उद्देश्य है।

भारत किसी भी देश की संप्रभुता से समझौता किए बिना हिंद महासागर में हितों की रक्षा के लिए प्रतिबद्ध है। राजनाथ नौसेना कमांडरों के सम्मेलन में भाग लेने और प्रोजेक्ट सीबर्ड के तहत नौसेना बेस पर नए विकसित बुनियादी ढांचे का उद्घाटन करने के लिए कारवार पहुंचे थे।

रणनीतिक रूप से महत्वपूर्ण कारवार नौसैनिक अड्डे पर लोगों को संबोधित करते हुए राजनाथ ने कहा, हिंद महासागर क्षेत्र में भारत की तैनाती सिर्फ हमारे लिए नहीं बल्कि मित्र देशों के लिए भी है। भारत का प्रयास हिंद महासागर क्षेत्र को और अधिक शांतिपूर्ण एवं समृद्ध बनाना है।

• रक्षा मंत्री ने कहा कि हमारी नौसेना यह सुनिश्चित करती है कि हिंद महासागर क्षेत्र में कोई भी देश अपनी विशाल अर्थव्यवस्था या सैन्य शक्ति के आधार पर किसी दूसरे को दबा न सके। रक्षा मंत्री ने नौसैनिक अड्डे पर विभिन्न बुनियादी ढांचा परियोजनाओं का उद्घाटन भी किया। नौसेना परियोजना 'सीबर्ड' के तहत महत्वपूर्ण नौसैनिक अड्डे का विस्तार कर रही है।
• रक्षा मंत्री के कार्यालय ने 'एक्स' पर पोस्ट करते हुए लिखा कि 'सागर' हिंद महासागर क्षेत्र के भविष्य को आकार देने में महत्वपूर्ण भूमिका निभाएगा। यह अपने समुद्री पड़ोसियों के साथ मजबूत संबंध बनाने और हिंद महासागर क्षेत्र में अधिक सुरक्षित, अधिक समावेशी और सुरक्षित समुद्री वातावरण की दिशा में काम करने की भारत की प्रतिबद्धता की पुष्टि करेगा।

पीटीआई, नई दिल्ली। सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने गंभीर बीमारी स्पाइनल मस्कुलर अट्रोफी (एसएमए) की दवा रिस्डिप्लाम बनाने वाली कंपनी से पूछा है कि क्या भारत में यह दवा कम कीमत पर उपलब्ध कराई जा सकती है।

गौरतलब है कि भारत में कई मरीज इस बीमारी से पीड़ित है। एसएमए अनुवांशिक बीमारी है, जिसमें मांसपेशियों को कमजोर हो जाती हैं। पड़ोसी देशों पाकिस्तान और चीन को एसएमए की दवा की आपूर्ति सस्ती दर पर की जाती है।

प्रधान न्यायाधीश संजीव खन्ना, जस्टिस संजय कुमार और जस्टिस केवी विश्वनाथन की पीठ ने दवा निर्माता कंपनी से तब जवाब मांगा, जब उसे एसएमए से पीड़ित 24 वर्षीय महिला सेबा की ओर से पेश वकील ने बताया कि एसएमए रोगियों के लिए दवा की कीमत पाकिस्तान और चीन में सस्ती है।

वकील ने कहा कि भारत सरकार इस बीमारी के लिए सस्ती दर पर दवा उपलब्ध कराने के लिए वैश्विक दवा निर्माता के साथ बातचीत क्यों नहीं कर सकती। पीठ ने रिस्डिप्लाम दवा बनाने वाली कंपनी मेसर्स एफ. हाफमैन-ला रोश लिमिटेड को नोटिस जारी किया। अदालत को अगली सुनवाई की तारीख पर पड़ोसी देशों में उक्त औषधि के लिए निर्धारित मूल्य से अवगत कराया जाएगा।

पीठ ने आदेश दिया कि यदि कीमत भारत से कम है तो कोर्ट को यह भी बताया जाए कि क्या भारत में भी दवा की आपूर्ति उसी कम कीमत पर की जा सकती है। मामले की अगली सुनवाई आठ अप्रैल को होगी।

24 फरवरी को शीर्ष अदालत ने केरल हाई कोर्ट के आदेश पर रोक लगा दी थी, जिसमें केंद्र को सेबा को 18 लाख रुपये की दवाइयां उपलब्ध कराने के लिए कहा गया था। केंद्र ने हाई कोर्ट के आदेश को चुनौती देते हुए शीर्ष अदालत का दरवाजा खटखटाया है।

पीटीआई, इंफाल। मणिपुर में एक ग्राम प्रधान पर हमले के बाद मणिपुर में शनिवार को दो जनजातीय समुदायों के बीच शनिवार को तनाव पैदा हो गया। संदेह है कि एक भूमि विवाद को लेकर उग्रवादियों ने ग्राम प्रधान पर हमला किया।

यह घटना शनिवार दोपहर 12:15 बजे के आसपास हुई। कांगपोकपी जिले में कोंसाखुल गांव में दर्जनों हथियारबंद उग्रवादी आ गए और ग्राम प्रधान अइमसासेन अबोनमाई समेत कई लोगों पर हमला किया।

नगा बहुल कोंसाखुल के निवासियों ने दावा किया कि पड़ोसी हराओथेल गांव से आए उग्रवादी कुकी समुदाय के थे। ग्राम प्रधान को इंफाल में सरकार संचालित रिम्स भेजा गया, जबकि आठ अन्य घायल ग्रामीणों का इलाज खुर्खुल प्राथमिक स्वास्थ्य केंद्र में किया गया। अस्पताल के अधिकारियों ने बताया कि ग्राम प्रधान खतरे से बाहर हैं।

सुरक्षा बलों ने मणिपुर के बिष्णुपुर, थौबाल और इंफाल पूर्वी जिलों से चार उग्रवादियों को गिरफ्तार किया है। पुलिस ने शनिवार को बताया कि बिष्णुपुर जिले में नांबोल से यूनाइटेड नेशनल लिबरेशन फ्रंट (पांबेई) के दो सदस्यों को शुक्रवार को गिरफ्तार किया और उनके कब्जे से इंफाल पश्चिम के पात्सोई पार्ट-4 से अपहृत 47 वर्षीय लाइतोंजाम दिलीप सिंह को मुक्त करा लिया। सुरक्षा बलों ने बिष्णुपुर जिले के लाईसोई हिल क्षेत्र से चार हथियार जब्त किए।
