एएनआई, नई दिल्ली। जम्मू कश्मीर के पहलगाम में हुए आतंकी हमले के बाद पूरे देश में गुस्सा और आक्रोश है। इस हमले पर राज्यसभा सांसद और वरिष्ठ वकील कपिल सिब्बल ने बड़ा बयान दिया है। उन्होंने कहा कि मासूम लोगों को मारा गया।

कपिल सिब्बल ने कहा, "इस घटना के जिम्मेदार लोगों पर अंतरराष्ट्रीय कोर्ट में मुकदमा चलना चाहिए। मैं गृह मंत्री अमित शाह से आग्रह करता हूं कि वे पाकिस्तान को आतंकी देश घोषित करें और अंतरराष्ट्रीय अपराध न्यायालय में जाएं। मुझे यकीन है कि विपक्ष इस पर साथ देगा।"

क्या था मुनीर का बयान?

पाकिस्तान के सेन प्रमुख असीम मुनीर की 'गले की नस' वाली टिप्पणी का हवाला देते हुए कपिल सिब्बल ने पहलगाम में हुए आतंकी हमले को पाकिस्तान प्रायोजित आतंकवादी हमला बताया। असीम मुनीर ने कुछ दिनों पहले बयान दिया था, "यह हमारी गले की नस होगी, हम इसे नहीं भूलेंगे और हम अपने कश्मीरी भाइयों को उनके ऐतिहासिक संघर्ष में नहीं छोड़ेंगे।"

मुनीर के इसी बयान का हवाला देते हुए कपिल सिब्बल ने कहा कि इससे स्पष्ट है कि यह हमला राज्य प्रायोजित है। उन्होंने कहा, "अभी एक सप्ताह पहले ही ऐसा कहा गया था। यह एक बहुत सोची-समझी और सुनियोजित आतंकवादी हमला है। क्योंकि घाटी पहलगाम से सिर्फ आधे घंटे की दूरी पर है और यह एक उच्च सुरक्षा वाला क्षेत्र है क्योंकि वहां अमरनाथ तीर्थस्थल है।"

सिब्बल ने हमले में बताया पाकिस्तान का हाथ

सिब्बल ने कहा, "जिन लोगों ने हमला किया वो जानते थे कि आप टट्टुओं के अलावा घाटी तक नहीं पहुंच सकते हैं। यह आरोप लगाया गया कि वे किश्तवाड़ से कोकरनाग होते हुए आए और फिर यहां आए। लेकिन निश्चित रूप से यह पाकिस्तान को इससे जोड़ता है।"

गृह मंत्री से की मांग

वरिष्ठ वकील ने कहा, "मैं गृह मंत्री से आग्रह करता हूं कि वे पाकिस्तान को आतंकवादी संगठन के रूप में शामिल करें। हमें अंतरराष्ट्रीय आपराधिक न्यायालय में अभियोग दायर करना चाहिए। अंतरराष्ट्रीय समुदाय से पाकिस्तान का बहिष्कार करने का आग्रह करना चाहिए।"

पीटीआई, नई दिल्ली। पहलगाम में हुए आतंकी हमले के बाद नागर विमानन मंत्रालय ने सभी एयरलाइनों को सख्त निर्देश जारी किए हैं कि श्रीनगर रूट पर विमानों के किराए में किसी भी तरह की बढ़ोत्तरी नहीं होनी चाहिए।

एयर इंडिया और इंडिगो चलाएंगी अतिरिक्त फ्लाइट्स

एयर इंडिया और इंडिगो ने कहा है कि बुधवार को श्रीनगर से दिल्ली और मुंबई के लिए अतिरिक्त फ्लाइट्स चलाई जाएगी। साथ ही टिकट रद करने और यात्रा की तारीख बदलने पर भी कोई शुल्क नहीं लिया जाएगा।

नागर विमानन मंत्री ने एयरलाइनों के साथ की आपात बैठक

नागर विमानन मंत्री के.राममोहन नायडू ने सभी एयरलाइन कंपनियों के साथ आपात बैठक की और श्रीनगर रूट पर अचानक किराया बढ़ाने के खिलाफ कड़े एडवायजरी जारी किए हैं। उन्होंने यह भी सुनिश्चित किया कि सभी एयरलाइंस आम किराया स्तर बनाए रखें।

केंद्रीय मंत्री ने एयरलाइनों को निर्देश दिए हैं कि वे मृतकों के पार्थिव शरीर को उनके गृह राज्य तक पहुंचाने में राज्य सरकारों और स्थानीय प्रशासन के साथ मिलकर पूरा सहयगो करें।

फ्लाइट शेड्यूल और सुविधाओं की जानकारी

• एयर इंडिया- श्रीनगर से दिल्ली के लिए सुबह 11:30 बजे और मुंबई के लिए दोपहर 12:00 बजे उड़ानें संचालित की जाएंगी। एयर इंडिया ने 30 अप्रैल तक बुकिंग्स पर मुफ्त कैंसलेशन और रीसिड्यूलिंग की सुविधा दी है।
• इंडिगो- 23 अप्रैल को दिल्ली और मुंबई से श्रीनगर के लिए दो विशेष उड़ानें चलाई जाएंगी। इंडिगो श्रीनगर को प्रतिदिन 20 उड़ानों से जोड़ता है और 22 अप्रैल तक बुकिंग की गई यात्राओं के लिए 30 अप्रैल तक मुफ्त बदलाव और रद्दीकरण की सुविधा दे रहा है।
• आकासा एयर- 23 से 29 अप्रैल तक श्रीनगर जाने-आने वाली सभी फ्लाइट्स के लिए यात्रियों को मुफ्त कैंसलेशन और पहला शेड्यूल चेंज मुफ्त दिया जाएगा।
• एयर इंडिया एक्सप्रेस- श्रीनगर से बेंगलुरु, दिल्ली, हैदराबाद, जम्मू और कोलकाता के लिए 80 साप्ताहिक उड़ानें संचालित करता है। 30 अप्रैल तक यात्रियों को मुफ्त रदीकरण और तारीख बदलने की सुविधा दी जा रही है।
