High salaries may look impressive on paper, but they don’t guarantee wealth. What truly matters is how much you save — not how much you earn, says veteran investor Vijay Kedia. In a recent post on X (formerly Twitter), Kedia urged individuals to rethink their lifestyle choices and focus on disciplined saving to build long-term wealth.“Your salary of lakhs doesn't make you a millionaire, your savings of lakhs makes you a millionaire,” Kedia wrote, urging individuals to rethink how they manage money and avoid consumer-driven habits.He criticised the Western philosophy of "live for today," calling it a myth born of consumerism. “There is a theory in America that live for today, tomorrow never comes. This is an abhorrent theory,” he said, pointing out how such thinking leads to financial insecurity. According to Kedia, nearly 40% of Americans don’t have even $1,000 to meet emergencies, largely because saving is not ingrained in their culture.While countries like the US offer social security as a safety net, Kedia argued that relying on governments is no substitute for personal financial planning. Instead, he advocated for building wealth through consistent investments. He offered a simple example: “If you are investing Rs 50,000 per month for 20 years in mutual funds with just a 12% CAGR, it becomes Rs 5 crore. This is simple math.”He advised young earners to reduce discretionary spending — on parties, fashion, and brands — and redirect that money into savings. “The first thing to do is reduce parties, spend less on fashion and brands, and save as much money as possible,” he said.Sharing a thought-provoking quote, Kedia added: “Either you can have a lavish young age or you can have a lavish old age. राज्य ब्यूरो, पटना। आंधी-पानी से ध्वस्त हुई संचरण लाइन के बाद भी बिजली आपूर्ति बाधित नहीं हो इसे केंद्र में रखकर बिजली कंपनी एक वैकल्पिक संचरण लाइन पर विचार कर रही है। एक लाइन से विद्युत आपूर्ति बाधित होने की स्थिति में दूसरे लाइन से बिजली आपूर्ति बहाल कर दी जाएगी।

फिलहाल प्रमंडलीय मुख्यालय स्तर पर नई व्यवस्था का मंथन

बिजली कंपनी की यह योजना है कि फिलहाल प्रमंडलीय मुख्यालय में इस नई व्यवस्था को आरंभ किया जाए। आम तौर जिला मुख्यालय में ही प्रमंडलीय कार्यालय भी हैं। प्रमंडलीय मुख्यालय स्तर पर वैकल्पिक संरचण लाइन की व्यवस्था हो जाने के बाद जिला मुख्यालय भी इस व्यवस्था से जुड़ जाएंगे।

इस तरह से व्यवस्था की योजना

वैकल्पिक संचरण लाइन के तहत जो व्यवस्था की जा रही उसके तहत यह होना है कि वर्तमान में जो संचरण लाइन है, उसके समानांतर एक नई लाइन को लगा लिया जाए। जिस संचरण लाइन से बिजली सामान्य तौर पर जा रही है, उसके आंधी-पानी में ध्वस्त होने कि स्थिति में वैकल्पिक संचरण लाइन से बिजली की आपूर्ति आरंभ कर दी जाए।

ऐसा होने से पूरे शहर में या फिर शहर के किसी हिस्से में बिजली बंद करने की नौबत नही आएगी। प्रमंडलीय मुख्यालय का क्षेत्र बहुत बड़ा नहीं होता इस वजह से यह काम सहजता से कर पाना संभव है।

अत्याधुनिक ट्री कटिंग मशीन लाए जाने की भी तैयारी

आमतौर पर यह होता है मानूसन पूर्व की तैयारी के क्रम में संचरण लाइन के समीप स्थित बड़े पेड़ों की कटाई-छंटाई होती है। बड़े पेड़ के ऊपर के हिस्से की कटिंग में परेशानी होती है। इसलिए यह तैयारी है कि अत्याधुनिक ट्री कटिंग मशीन की व्यवस्था की जाए।

इस मशीन के माध्यम से पेड़ के ऊपर वाले हिस्से कि कंटाई -छंटाई आसानी से हो सकेगी। इस मशीन के माध्यम से आंधी-पानी के पहले और बाद में भी पेड़ों की कटिंग सहजता से हो सकेगी। संचरण लाइन को दुरुस्त करने में भी कम समय लगेगा।

इमरजेंसी रेस्टोरेशन प्लान भी तैयार किया जाए

बिजली कंपनी के सीएमडी ने हाल ही में अपने अधिकारियों को यह निर्देश दिया था कि आंधी-पानी के दौरान ध्वस्त हुई बिजली व्यवस्था को दुरुस्त किए जाने को लेकर एक इमरजेंसी रेस्टोरेशन प्लान तैयार किया जाए। इसके लिए फीडर के आधार पर योजना बनाई जा रही है। कुशल मानव बल की व्यवस्था तुरंत उपलब्ध हो इसे भी देखा जा रहा है।

नई दिल्ली, एएनआई। बीजेपी सांसद निशिकांत दुबे के बयान पर सियासी संग्राम छिड़ गया है। खुद बीजेपी ने इस बयान से किनारा कर लिया है, तो वहीं विपक्ष उनके खिलाफ कार्रवाई की मांग कर रहा है। इसी कड़ी कांग्रेस नेता शमा मोहम्मद का बयान भी सामने आया है। उन्होंने भारत के मुख्य न्यायाधीश (CJI) से निशिकांत दुबे पर एक्शन लेने की बात कही है।

शमा मोहम्मद का कहना है कि अगर निशिकांत दुबे पर कार्रवाई नहीं की गई तो भविष्य में भी न्यायपालिका पर ऐसे हमले होते रहेंगे। साथ ही उन्होंने निशिकांत दुबे को बीजेपी से बाहर करने की मांग की है।

शमा मोहम्मद ने उठाए सवाल

समाचार एजेंसी ANI से बातचीत के दौरान शमा ने कहा कि निशिकांत दुबे का मानना है कि देश में जो कुछ भी हो रहा है उसके लिए मुख्य न्यायाधीश संजीव खन्ना जिम्मेदार हैं। न्यायपालिका धर्मिक मुद्दों को हवा दे रही है। आज मैं संजीव खन्ना जी से पूछना चाहूंगी कि न्यायालय की अवमानना (Contempt of Court) के लिए वो निशिकांत दुब के खिलाफ क्या कार्रवाई करेंगे?

CJI से की एक्शन की मांग

शमा मोहम्मद ने कहा कि हमारे नेता राहुल गांधी अक्सर कह चुके हैं कि संविधान खतरे में है। निशिकांत के खिलाफ जल्द से जल्द कार्रवाई होनी चाहिए। अगर आज आपने एक्शन नहीं लिया तो कल अन्य लोग भी न्यायपालिका पर सवाल खड़े करने लगेंगे। बीजेपी को भी चाहिए कि निशिकांत दुबे को पार्टी से बाहर का रास्ता दिखाया जाए।

बता दें कि निशिकांत दुबे ने बीते दिन सुप्रीम कोर्ट के फैसलों पर सवाल खड़े करते हुए मुख्य न्यायाधीश को कठघरे में खड़ा किया था। उन्होंने कहा कि सुप्रीम कोर्ट कानून बनाता है तो संसद का क्या काम है। संसद को बंद कर देना चाहिए। निशिकांत दुबे का यह बयान विवादों में घिर गया है।

पीटीआई, नई दिल्ली। कर्मचारी चयन आयोग (SSC) ने अपनी आगामी परीक्षाओं में आधार-आधारित बायोमेट्रिक प्रमाणीकरण लागू करने का फैसला किया है। अधिकारियों ने रविवार को जानकारी देते हुए बताया कि यह नया उपाय अगले महीने से आयोजित होने वाली भर्ती परीक्षाओं के लिए लागू होगा।

भर्ती निकाय द्वारा हाल ही में जारी एक पब्लिक नोटिस में कहा गया है, "अभ्यर्थी मई 2025 से ऑनलाइन पंजीकरण के समय, परीक्षाओं के लिए ऑनलाइन आवेदन पत्र भरते समय और आयोग द्वारा आयोजित परीक्षाओं में बैठने के लिए परीक्षा केंद्र पर उपस्थित होते समय आधार का उपयोग करके खुद को प्रमाणित कर सकेंगे।"

कैसे होगी आधार से पहचान?

एसएससी ने कहा कि इस तरह का आधार प्रमाणीकरण स्वैच्छिक है और इसका उद्देश्य परीक्षा प्रक्रिया को और सरल बनाना है। आधार एक 12 अंकों की संख्या है जो भारतीय विशिष्ट पहचान प्राधिकरण (UIDAI) द्वारा सभी पात्र नागरिकों को बायोमेट्रिक और जनसांख्यिकीय डेटा के आधार पर जारी की जाती है।

अधिकारियों ने कहा कि आधार-आधारित प्रमाणीकरण से यह सुनिश्चित करने में भी मदद मिलेगी कि सरकारी नौकरी के इच्छुक उम्मीदवार अपनी पहचान को गलत न बताएं या आयोग द्वारा आयोजित भर्ती परीक्षाओं में बैठने के लिए अन्य धोखाधड़ी वाले साधनों का उपयोग न करें।

पिछले साल जारी हुई थी अधिसूचना

पिछले साल 12 सितंबर को जारी एक अधिसूचना में, केंद्रीय कार्मिक मंत्रालय ने कहा था कि एसएससी को स्वैच्छिक आधार पर आधार प्रमाणीकरण करने की अनुमति है।

बता दें, कार्मिक मंत्रालय ने पिछले साल 28 अगस्त को संघ लोक सेवा आयोग (UPSC) द्वारा आधार-आधारित प्रमाणीकरण को मंजूरी देने के लिए एक समान अधिसूचना जारी की थी, जो किसी भी भर्ती एजेंसी के लिए पहली बार थी। एसएससी और यूपीएससी द्वारा देश भर में आयोजित सरकारी नौकरियों की भर्ती परीक्षाओं में लाखों उम्मीदवार शामिल होते हैं।

UPSC कितनी परीक्षाएं कराता है आयोजित?

यूपीएससी ने पिछले साल भी अपने विभिन्न परीक्षणों में धोखाधड़ी और प्रतिरूपण को रोकने के लिए चेहरे की पहचान और आर्टिफिशियल इंटेलिजेंस (AI) आधारित सीसीटीवी निगरानी प्रणाली का उपयोग करने का फैसला किया था।

यूपीएससी सालाना 14 प्रमुख परीक्षाएं आयोजित करता है, जिसमें भारतीय प्रशासनिक सेवा (IAS), भारतीय विदेश सेवा (IFS) और भारतीय पुलिस सेवा (IPS) के अधिकारियों का चयन करने के लिए प्रतिष्ठित सिविल सेवा परीक्षा शामिल है। इसके अलावा केंद्र सरकार के ग्रुप 'ए' और ग्रुप 'बी' पदों पर भर्ती के लिए हर साल कई भर्ती परीक्षाएं और साक्षात्कार भी होते हैं।

बेंगलुरु, पीटीआई। बेंगलुरु एयरपोर्ट एक प्लेन और मिनी बस की टक्कर हो गई है। यह प्लेन इंडिगो एयरलाइंस का था, जो रनवे पर खड़ा था। तभी एक मिनी बस ने प्लेन को टक्कर मार दी और बस का ऊपरी हिस्सा बुरी तरह से डैमेज हो गया। इस हादसे में किसी के घायल होने की खबर नहीं है।

टल गया बड़ा हादसा

यह हादसा बेंगलुरु के केम्पेगौड़ा अंतर्राष्ट्रीय हवाई अड्डे का है। रविवार की सुबह मिनी बस इंडिगो के विमान में जाकर भिड़ गई। बस ने विमान के अगले हिस्से को टक्कर मारी। हालांकि विमान ऑपरेशनल नहीं था, जिससे एक बड़ा हादसा टल गया। इस हादसे में किसी को चोट नहीं आई है और न ही किसी के घायल होने की खबर है।

कैसे हुआ हादसा?

आज यानी 18 अप्रैल 2025 की दोपहर तकरीबन 12:15 बजे का है। रिपोर्ट्स के अनुसार मिनी बस किसी थर्ड पार्टी एजेंसी की थी। इंडिगो का एयरक्राफ्ट पार्किंग में खड़ा था और मिनी बस वहीं से गुजर रही थी। अचानक मिनी का संतुलन बिगड़ा और बस ने प्लेन के अंडरकैरेज (निचले हिस्से) को टक्कर मार दी।

एयरपोर्ट प्रशासन ने क्या कहा?

बेंगलुरु एयरपोर्ट प्रशासन का कहना है कि हादसे की जानकारी मिलते ही सभी अलर्ट हो गए। सभी जरूरी प्रोटोकॉल फॉलो किए जा रहे हैं। यात्रियों, एयरलाइंस स्टाफ और कर्मचारियों की सुरक्षा हमारी पहली प्राथमिकता है। हम मामले की जांच कर रहे हैं।

इंडिगो एयरलाइंस ने तोड़ी चुप्पी

इंडिगो एयरलाइंस ने हादसे पर बात करते हुए कहा कि हमने इस पर नजर बना रखी है। बेंगलुरु एयरपोर्ट की पार्किंग में खड़े इंडिगो एयरक्राफ्ट को एक थर्ड पार्टी वाहन ने टक्कर मार दी। मामले की जांच की जा रही है। इस पर जरूरी कार्रवाई की जाएगी।

Sequential growth was even stronger at 18%, driven by productivity improvement initiatives and increased customer engagement during the festive period through new product launches and promotions.As per Trendlyne data, the average target price for RIL stock is Rs 1,550, indicating an upside of 22% from the current market price.
