डिजिटल डेस्क, नई दिल्ली। होली के दिन देश के कई हिस्सों से हिंसा और घटना की खबर सामने आई है। इसी कड़ी में कर्नाटक के बेंगलुरु से एक घटना सामने आई है, जहां होली की पार्टी के बाद तीन लोगों की मौत हो गई। नशे में धुत लोगों के एक समूह के बीच हुई लड़ाई में तीन लोगों की मौत होने की खबर सामने आई है।

कैसे घटी घटना?

अधिकारियों ने बताया, अनेकल में रह रहे बिहार के एक ही गांव के छह मजदूरों के बीच एक महिला के बारे में अनुचित टिप्पणी को लेकर बहस शुरू हो गई थी।

ये सभी लोग एक निर्माणाधीन इमारत में पार्टी कर रहे थे। इन लोगों ने लड़ाई के दौरान लकड़ी के डंडे और लोहे की छड़ों का भी इस्तेमाल किया था।

अपार्टमेंट और आसपास मिले शव

इनके बीच हुई लड़ाई के बाद तीन लोग खून से लथपथ मिले थे। पहला शव अपार्टमेंट के रास्ते से बरामद किया गया, जबकि दूसरा एक कमरे के अंदर और तीसरा अपार्टमेंट के बाहर मिला।

दो की तलाश है जारी

दो लोगों की पहचान 22 वर्षीय अनसू और 23 वर्षीय राधे श्याम के रूप में हुई है, जबकि तीसरे पीड़ित की पहचान अभी तक नहीं हो पाई है। इसके साथ ही एक घायल व्यक्ति को पुलिस हिरासत में ले लिया गय है और दो अन्य लोगों की तलाश जारी है।

जागरण संवाददाता, पटना। बिहार में शनिवार को धूमधाम के साथ होली का त्योहार मनाया गया। इस दौरान सबसे ज्यादा चर्चा में पूर्व सीएम लालू यादव के बड़े बेटे तेजप्रताप यादव रहे। होली के जश्न के दौरान उन्होंने पुलिसकर्मी से वर्दी में डांस करने को कहा।

इसके साथ ही ऐसा नहीं करने पर निलंबन की भी चेतावनी दे डाली। इसका वीडियो सामने आने के बाद से लगातार बीजेपी सहित कई दलों के नेता उन पर हमलावर हैं। अब बिना हेलमेट स्कूटी चलाने के मामले में उनकी मुश्किल बढ़ती हुई नजर आ रही है।

होली के दिन पूर्व मंत्री तेज प्रताप यादव की हरकतों को पटना पुलिस ने गंभीरता से लिया है। साथ ही बड़ी कार्रवाई भी की गई है। तेज प्रताप के धमकाने पर ठुमका लगाने वाले सिपाही दीपक कुमार को लाइन हाजिर कर दिया गया।

ट्रैफिक पुलिस ने भेजा 4000 का चालान

दीपक पूर्व मंत्री का अंगरक्षक था। उस पर वर्दी में सार्वजनिक स्थान पर नाचने का आरोप लगा है। उसकी जगह दूसरे सिपाही को बॉडीगार्ड के तौर पर प्रतिनियुक्त किया गया है। इधर, तेज प्रताप को ट्रैफिक पुलिस ने भी चार हजार का चालान भेजा है।

दरअसल, होली पर पूर्व मंत्री तेज प्रताप यादव स्कूटी से अपने आवास से एक अणे मार्ग के पास पहुंचे थे। वे फुलवारीशरीफ के कमरुल हुदा की स्कूटी चला रहे थे। उन्होंने हेलमेट नहीं पहन रखा था। स्कूटी का प्रदूषण सर्टिफिकेट और इंश्योरेंस भी फेल था।

हेलमेट और प्रदूषण सर्टिफिकेट नहीं होने पर एक-एक हजार, जबकि बीमा फेल रहने के कारण दो हजार का जुर्माना लगा है। चार हजार का चालान कमरुल के रजिस्टर्ड मोबाइल पर गया है।

बॉडीगार्ड को कहा- नाचो नहीं सस्पेंड कर दिए जाओगे

एक अणे मार्ग से गुजरते हुए तेज प्रताप एक मंच पर गए। वहां उन्होंने बॉडीगार्ड दीपक कुमार से अभद्रता के साथ बात की और कहा कि अभी जो गाना बजेगा उस पर ठुमका लगाओगे, वरना सस्पेंड कर दिए जाओगे।

हालांकि, इसके तुरंत बाद तेज प्रताप ने कहा - बुरा न मानो होली है। पूर्व मंत्री का आदेश मिलते ही सिपाही दीपक वर्दी में ही नाचने लगा। इसका वीडियो तेजी से इंटरनेट मीडिया प्रसारित होने लगा।

राजनीतिक जगत में भी बयानबाजी होने लगी। इसके बाद पुलिस ने दो कार्रवाई की। दीपक को लाइन हाजिर करने के साथ यातायात नियमों का उल्लंघन करने पर पूर्व मंत्री को समन किया गया।

Technology spending has increasingly become a necessity rather than a discretionary expense, with Indian IT companies historically outpacing global growth due to talent availability and the adoption of the global delivery model—a trend expected to continue despite cyclical moderations, says Balakumar B, Fund Manager & Senior Equity Analyst, HDFC AMC.Edited excerpts from a chat:HDFC Technology Fund focuses on a sector that is dynamic and fast-evolving. What is your core investment philosophy when managing this fund? How do you balance between established tech giants and emerging players in the portfolio?The key industries that form the core (80%+ of AUM) of the Fund are IT (services, software and hardware), telecom, internet and media. These sectors vary in terms of growth profile, competitive landscape, leverage, and profitability/return metrics. Within the industries as well, you have quite a few established large companies and many emerging companies, which provides options for active investing. We follow a bottom-up investment strategy, focusing on both a) industry leaders with competitive moats at reasonable valuation and b) disruptors and market share gainers with potential for re-rating and higher compounding, where traditional valuation metrics may not be as relevant.India’s tech sector is traditionally dominated by IT services companies. Do you see this changing with the rise of SaaS, AI, and fintech startups?Yes, we are seeing our technological prowess expanding into newer segments. Indian companies are gaining scale in SaaS, with the largest SaaS company generating over US$1 billion in annual revenues. India's digitalisation story is dominated by Indian startups, which have gained scale now, in segments such as ecommerce, food delivery, payments etc. This will help provide further diversification opportunities for the fund over the foreseeable future. Given the global slowdown in IT spending, what is your outlook for the Indian IT sector in the next 3-5 years?Over time, technology spends have become more of a necessity, rather than discretionary. If we look at tech spends as percentage of GDP for countries or tech spends as percentage of revenues for enterprises, the number has gone up over the long term, signalling increasing technology intensity. Barring cyclical moderations, we expect the trend to continue. Historically, the Indian IT sector has grown faster than global IT services spending, as the companies gained market share due to the talent availability and adoption of the global delivery model by customers. We expect this trend as well to continue.Post the sharp pick up in tech spends during the pandemic, we saw normalisation of growth in CY23/24. We expect the growth rate to recover. However, the pace of recovery is dependent on global economic growth which has seen some uncertainty being induced by geopolitical tensions. The technology sector has seen significant corrections in the past. How should retail investors approach sectoral funds like HDFC Technology Fund?The Fund is categorized as a Sectoral / Thematic Fund as per the SEBI categorization. Hence, it carries higher risks versus diversified equity mutual funds on account of concentration and sector specific risks. Do you see quick commerce as a viable long-term business model? Can companies in this space eventually become profitable, or is it a case of chasing scale with uncertain unit economics?The rapid adoption of the business model underscores the consumer need. Quick commerce penetration is still at low to mid-single digit of the underlying market. For further penetration, it needs continued investments in customer acquisition, supply chain and technology. As per the disclosures by companies in the segment, older dark stores are already profitable.
