राज्य ब्यूरो, पटना। Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana: ग्रामीण विकास विभाग के मंत्री श्रवण कुमार ने सोमवार को प्रधानमंत्री आवास योजना ग्रामीण के लाभार्थियों के बीच सहायता राशि की प्रथम किस्त ऑनलाइन बैंक अकाउंट में भेजी गई। मुख्य सचिवालय स्थित ग्रामीण विकास विभाग सभागार में आयोजित कार्यक्रम में विभाग के सचिव लोकेश सिंह ने चालू वित्तीय वर्ष की उपलब्धियां गिनाईं।

मंत्री ने बताया कि प्रधानमंत्री आवास योजना ग्रामीण अंतर्गत सर्वप्रथम सितंबर 2024 में 2,43,903 लक्ष्य प्राप्त हुआ था। उक्त लक्ष्य के तुलना में 17.09.2024 को आयोजित कार्यक्रम में लगभग 90 हजार लाभुकों को एकमुश्त 360 करोड़ रुपये का व्यय हुआ।

1200 करोड़ रुपये का व्यय

• उल्लेखनीय है कि ग्रामीण विकास मंत्रालय भारत सरकार से 27 जनवरी 2025 से 5,46,745 का अतिरिक्त लक्ष्य प्राप्त है। इस प्रकार प्रधानमंत्री आवास योजना ग्रामीण अंतर्गत चालू वित्तीय वर्ष 2024-25 में राज्य का कुल लक्ष्य 7,90,648 है।
• उक्त लक्ष्य के विरूद्ध पांच मार्च 2025 को तीन लाख लाभुकों को आवास स्वीकृति के उपरांत एकमुश्त प्रथम किश्त की सहायता राशि का भुगतान किया गया है, इसपर 1200 करोड़ रुपये का व्यय हुआ है।

75 हजार से ज्यादा लाभार्थियों को मिली किस्त

उक्त प्राप्त लक्ष्य से आज दिनांक 24.03.2025 को आयोजित कार्यक्रम में 75 हजार 2 सौ 95 लाभार्थियों को 40 हजार रुपये की दर से प्रथम किस्त की सहायता राशि का एकमुश्त भुगतान किया गया। इस पर कुल 301 करोड़ 18 लाख रुपये का व्यय हुआ है।

58 हजार से ज्यादा आवास हुए पूर्ण

इस प्रकार अबतक 7 लाख 24 हजार 230 परिवारों को आवास स्वीकृति, कुल 6 लाख 30 हजार 49 लाभुकों को प्रथम किस्त, 2 लाख 1 हजार 82 लाभुकों को द्वितीय किस्त एवं 1 लाख 21 हजार 539 लाभुकों को तृतीय किस्त का भुगतान किया गया है। अबतक 58 हजार 409 आवास पूर्ण हुए हैं।

प्रधानमंत्री आवास योजना ग्रामीण के लाभुकों को कुल 1.20 लाख रुपये की सहायता राशि तीन किस्तों में आवास निर्माण की प्रगति के साथ दी जाती है।

योजना में 60 प्रतिशत राशि केंद्र सरकार द्वारा एवं 40 प्रतिशत राशि राज्य सरकार द्वारा वहन की जाती है। इस प्रकार 40 प्रतिशत अर्थात 48 हजार रुपये की राशि राज्यांश के रूप में लाभार्थियों को दी जाती है।

100 दिनों में मिलेगी दूसरी और तीसरी किस्त

आगामी 100 दिनों में इन लाभुकों को द्वितीय एवं तृतीय किस्त के रूप में 80 हजार रुपये की दर से भुगतान किया जाएगा। साथ ही इन लाभुकों को मनरेगा के माध्यम से 90 दिनों के अकुशल मजदूरी के रूप में 22,050 रुपये तथा लोहिया स्वच्छ बिहार अभियान से शौचालय निर्माण हेतु 12 हजार रुपये की सहायता राशि दी जाएगी।

इस प्रकार प्रति लाभार्थियों 1 लाख 54 हजार 50 रुपये दिए जाएंगे। आज के कार्यक्रम में लाभान्वित हुए 75 हजार लाभार्थियों को आगामी लगभग 100 दिनों में 1155.375 करोड़ रुपये प्राप्त होंगे। कार्यक्रम में पटना जिले के लाभार्थी उपस्थित थे।

According to Trendlyne, an RSI below 30 is considered oversold, while above 70 indicates overbought conditions. Shares of Jindal Stainless fell as much as 4.3% on Monday to Rs 598.80 on the BSE after brokerage Nuvama Institutional Equities cut its target price on the stock, citing near-term earnings weakness driven by soft exports and elevated imports.Nuvama lowered its target price on Jindal Stainless to Rs 723 from Rs 836 earlier but retained its 'buy' rating, saying long-term growth prospects remain intact. The new target implies a potential upside of nearly 21% from current levels.The brokerage flagged that Jindal Stainless is navigating rough waters amid subdued export demand and a surge in imports, forcing the company to divert volumes into lower-margin segments. This shift is expected to weigh on profitability in the coming quarters.Management guided for a conservative FY26 volume growth of 9-10% year-on-year, assuming no export growth, and a consolidated EBITDA per tonne of Rs 19,000 to Rs 21,000—higher than the estimated Rs 16,000 per tonne for the current quarter ending March 31, Nuvama noted.The brokerage also highlighted that Jindal Stainless has delayed its downstream operations at the Jajpur facility by 8-9 months amid demand uncertainty. The operations were initially scheduled to start in the first half of FY27, and the delay signals potential operational headwinds.Factoring in lower volumes and profitability, Nuvama cut its EBITDA estimates for FY25, FY26, and FY27 by 5%, 10%, and 13%, respectively.Technically, Jindal Stainless is trading below all key moving averages, including the 5-day, 10-day, 20-day, 50-day, 100-day, 150-day, and 200-day averages. Its relative strength index (RSI) stands at 48.3, indicating neutral momentum.Jindal Stainless has corrected nearly 28% from its recent peak of Rs 848. पीटीआई, नई दिल्ली। औरंगजेब की कब्र पर महाराष्ट्र का सियासी माहौल गर्म है। एक धड़ा कब्र को हटाने की मांग कर रहा है। नागपुर में इस मामले में हिंसा भी भड़क चुकी है। अब केंद्रीय मंत्री रामदास अठावले ने बड़ बयान दिया है। उन्होंने कहा कि मुगल बादशाह औरंगजेब की कब्र को हटाया न जाए। उन्होंने सलाह दी है कि छत्रपति संभाजीनगर में छत्रपति संभाजी महाराज का भी स्मारक बना दिया जाए।

कब्र को हटाने से कुछ हल नहीं होगा

रिपब्लिकन पार्टी ऑफ इंडिया (अठावले) के नेता व केंद्रीय मंत्री अठावले उत्तराखंड की राजधानी देहरादून पहुंचे। यहां उन्होंने राज्य सरकार के सामाजिक कल्याण विभाग द्वारा संचालित केंद्रीय योजनाओं की समीक्षा की। उन्होंने पत्रकारों से कहा कि औरंगजेब की कब्र को हटाने से कुछ हल नहीं होगा।

कब्र को मत हटाइए

अठावले ने कहा, "कब्र को मत हटाइए। संभाजीनगर में छत्रपति संभाजी राजे का एक बड़ा स्मारक बनना चाहिए। महाराष्ट्र में विश्व हिंदू परिषद समेत कई नेताओं ने औरंगजेब की कब्र को हटाने की मांग। प्रदेशभर में जगह-जगह धरने प्रदर्शन भी हो चुके हैं। हिंदू संगठनों का आरोप है कि औरंगजेब ने अपने शासनकाल में हिंदुओं पर अत्याचार किया।

संभाजी महाराज की विचारधारा पर आगे बढ़ना है

रामदास अठावले ने आगे कहा कि औरंगजेब की कब्र भारतीय पुरातत्व सर्वेक्षण (ASI) द्वारा संरक्षित है। हमें संभाजी महाराज की विचारधारा के साथ आगे बढ़ना है। मगर देश में शांति होनी चाहिए।

हिंदू थे यहां के मुसलमान

सामाजिक न्याय एवं अधिकारिता मंत्रालय की जिम्मेदारी संभाल रहे अठावले ने मुसलमानों से खुद को औरंगजेब के साथ न जोड़ने की अपील की। अठावले ने कहा, "मुस्लिम समुदाय से मेरा अनुरोध है कि आप खुद को औरंगजेब से न जोड़ें। यहां के मुसलमान हिंदू थे। यहां के मुसलमान औरंगजेब की संतान नहीं हैं। उनका उससे कोई संबंध नहीं है।"
