पीटीआई, नई दिल्ली। SC on Sambhal mosque सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने मंगलवार को इलाहाबाद हाईकोर्ट के उस आदेश को चुनौती देने वाली याचिका पर विचार करने से इनकार कर दिया, जिसमें भारतीय पुरातत्व सर्वेक्षण को यूपी के संभल में जामा मस्जिद की सफेदी करने को कहा गया था।

सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने याचिका की खारिज

हाईकोर्ट ने 12 मार्च को एएसआई को एक सप्ताह के भीतर मस्जिद की सफेदी करने का काम पूरा करने को कहा था। मुख्य न्यायाधीश संजीव खन्ना और न्यायमूर्ति संजय कुमार की पीठ ने आदेश दिया, "हम मौजूदा याचिका पर विचार करने के लिए इच्छुक नहीं हैं। इसे खारिज किया जाता है।"

अपीलकर्ता सतीश कुमार अग्रवाल की ओर से पेश हुए वकील बरुण सिन्हा ने हाईकोर्ट के आदेश की आलोचना करते हुए कहा कि एएसआई को गलत तरीके से मस्जिद की दीवार की सफेदी करने को कहा गया था।

डिजिटल डेस्क, नई दिल्ली। अब क्रूर शासक औरंगजेब के भाई दारा शिकोह की कब्र खोजी जा रही है। मुगल बादशाह औरंगजेब ने अपने भाई दारा शिकोह का दिल्ली में सिर कटवा दिया और उसका सिर अपने पिता शाहजहां को सौंप दिया था, जिन्हें उसने आगरा में कैद कर लिया था।

विशेषज्ञों का मानना ​​है कि अगर विद्वान और धर्मनिरपेक्ष दारा सम्राट बनते तो भारत का इतिहास अलग होता। औरंगजेब की कब्र को लेकर विवाद के बीच, उपनिषदों का फारसी में अनुवाद करने वाले दारा के जीवन और उनकी कब्र के आसपास के रहस्य पर एक नजर डालें।

राजकुमार ने खुद को बताया मुगल सम्राट

राजकुमार, जिसे मुगल सिंहासन का उत्तराधिकारी घोषित किया गया था उन्होंने ईश्वर को याद किया और कहा, मुहम्मद मर मि-कुशाद, इब्न-उल्लाह मर जान नु-बख्शाद (मोहम्मद ने मुझे मार डाला, ईश्वर का पुत्र मुझे क्षमा करता है)। दारा को उसके भाई औरंगजेब के चेलों ने पकड़ रखा था, जिसने उत्तराधिकार की लड़ाई में उसे हराने के बाद खुद को मुगल सम्राट घोषित कर दिया था।

दारा शिकोह को खिजराबाद के बगीचे में लाया गया था, जहां उसे सामूगढ़ की लड़ाई में औरंगजेब से हारने के बाद कैद कर लिया गया था। मुगल सेना के गुलाम सैनिकों चेलों ने कोई सम्मान नहीं दिखाया, दारा को जमीन पर पटक दिया और उसका सिर काट दिया। मुगल साम्राज्य में एक इतालवी यात्री निकोलाओ मनुची लिखते हैं कि राजकुमार ने इसका विरोध नहीं किया।

चार जल्लादों ने काटा सिर

आरसी मजूमदार ने एन एडवांस्ड हिस्ट्री ऑफ इंडिया में लिखा है, चार जल्लादों ने उसका बेरहमी से सिर काट दिया और उसका सिर औरंगजेब के सामने पेश किया।'

दारा को उसके भाई औरंगजेब के चेलों ने पकड़ रखा था, जिसने उत्तराधिकार की लड़ाई में उसे हराने के बाद खुद को मुगल सम्राट घोषित कर दिया था।

केंद्र सरकार खोज रही थी दाराशिकोह की कब्र

बीते दो साल पहले तक एक खबर काफी चर्चा में रही थी कि केंद्र सरकार इस सवाल का जवाब तलाश करवा रही है कि आखिर मुगल दौर के सबसे जहीन और विद्वान शहजादे दारा शिकोह की असली कब्र कहां है? एएसआई पूर्व रीजनल डायरेक्टर केके मुहम्मद ने तब मीडिया बातचीत में कहा था कि जहां तक उनकी कब्र की तलाश का सवाल है, तो सरकार और एएसआई (भारतीय पुरातत्व सर्वेक्षण) हैंड हेल्ड एक्सरे डिवाइस की मदद से दिल्ली में हुमायूं के मकबरे के पीछे स्थित कब्रों की एक्स-रे इमेज ले सकते हैं और इसका सर्वे भी करा सकते हैं।

उनके मुताबिक, एतिहासिक दस्तावेजों की मानें तो मुगलकाल में दाराशिकोह के अलावा ऐसा कोई उदाहरण नहीं मिलता, जिसमें किसी मुगल शहजादे का सिर कलम कर सिर्फ धड़ दफनाया गया हो। एक्स-रे इमेज में जिस कब्र में बिना सिर वाला कंकाल नजर आए उसे ही दारा की कब्र मान लेना चाहिए।

सवाल, दारा शिकोह का सिर काटा किसने?

इस सवाल का जवाब है औरंगजेब आलमगीर। दारा शिकोह शाहजहां का सबसे बड़ा बेटा था। शाहजहां उसे बहुत चाहता था और उसे ही शहंशाह बनाना चाहता था। दाराशिकोह की सभी धर्मों में रुचि थी और उसने कई हिंदू धर्म ग्रंथों के उर्दू-फारसी अनुवाद भी कराए थे। सत्ता और सियासत के बजाय दाराशिकोह को अमन पसंद शख्स के तौर पर जाना जाता है। शाहजहां को तो औरंगजेब ने आगरा में कैद कर दिया था और खुद को बादशाह घोषित कर दिया था।

हालांकि यह दावा किया जाता है कि दारा को दिल्ली में हुमायूं के मकबरे में दफनाया गया था, लेकिन उनकी कब्र का सही स्थान अभी भी रहस्य में डूबा हुआ है।

अन्य मुगल राजकुमारों के विपरीत, उन्हें दफनाया नहीं गया था, उनकी कब्र को चिह्नित नहीं किया गया था, और किसी भी शिलालेख में उनके दफन स्थल की घोषणा नहीं की गई थी, सुप्रिया गांधी लिखती हैं।

मुहम्मद काज़िम के आलमगीर-नामा के अनुसार, दारा को 'मकबरे के परिसर के गुंबददार चबूतरे (तहखाना) में दफनाया गया था,' जहां उनकी कब्र अकबर के बेटों मुराद और दानियाल सहित बिखरे हुए स्मारकों में से एक है।
