संवाद सहयोगी, मसौढ़ी (पटना)। Patna News: पटना के मसौढ़ी के लहसूना थाना स्थित घोरहुंआ गांव में बीते मंगलवार की रात एक सनकी पिता ने सो रहे तीन माह के अपने इकलौते मासूम पुत्र को जमीन पर पटककर मार डाला। इस दौरान अपने बच्चे को बचाने आई उसकी मां के साथ भी उसने मारपीट की। इस संबंध में बच्चे की मां गुड्डी कुमारी ने अपने पति स्व. देवेन्द्र सिंह के पुत्र विकास कुमार के खिलाफ प्राथमिकी दर्ज कराई है।

इधर पुलिस मौके पर पहुंच बच्चे के शव को बरामद कर पोस्टमार्टम के लिए पीएमसीएच भेज दिया। पुलिस ने बुधवार की दोपहर आरोपित विकास कुमार को गिरफ्तार कर लिया।

सूखा नशा करता था शख्स

ग्रामीणों की माने तो विकास सूखा नशा स्मैक वगैरह का आदि हो चुका है, और घटना के वक्त वह काफी नशे में था। इस संबंध में गुड्डी व विकास की बहन मोना ने पुलिस के समक्ष बताया कि विकास पेशे से मजदूरी करता है। 

सूखा नशा क्या होता है?

सूखा नशा के तहत गांजा, सिगरेट, तंबाकू, चरस, स्मैक, हेरोइन और ड्रग्स आते हैं। इस करने के बाद लोगों के दिमाग पर खतरनाक तरीके से असर होता है। इस स्थिति में वह किसी भी तरह के क्राइम को अंजाम देने के लिए तैयार रहता है।

पत्नी और बहने से पहले हुई लड़ाई, इसके बाद बेटे की कर दी हत्या

मंगलवार की शाम वह घर आया और खाना खाये बिना कमरे में चला गया। उन्होंने बताया कि उसे मच्छर से बचाने के लिए घर में रखे अंडे के कागज से बने ट्रे को जलाकर विकास के बगल वाले कमरे में रख दिया,ताकि मच्छर नहीं काट सके। आरोप है कि धुआं की वजह से विकास कमरे से निकल अपनी पत्नी व बहन को भला बुरा कहा और इस दौरान उनके बीच बात बढ़ गई।

बच्चे को जमीन पर पटक कर मार डाला

इससे गुस्से में विकास एक चौकी पर सौ रहे तीन माह के अपने बच्चे को उठाकर पहले चौकी पर ही पटक दिया। इतना से भी उसका मन नहीं भरा तो उसने बच्चे को दुबारा उठाकर जमीन पर पटक दिया, जिससे उसकी मौके पर ही मौत हो गई। घटना के बाद वह घर छोड़कर भाग निकला। हालांकि, बाद में स्वजन बच्चे को एक नर्सिंग होम व अनुमंडलीय अस्पताल में ले गए।

लेकिन, वहां चिकित्सकों ने उसे मृत घोषित कर दिया। बुधवार की सुबह खबर पाकर लहसूना पुलिस शव को बरामद की और दोपहर होते-होते विकास को घोरहुंआ स्थित उसके घर के पिछवाड़े से गिरफ्तार कर लिया। बाद में एफएसएल की टीम पटना से पहुंची और जांच के लिए नमूना ले गई।

पिता को पुलिस ने किया गिरफ्तार

इधर लहसुना थानाध्यक्ष खुश्बू खातुन ने बताया कि विकास को गिरफ्तार कर लिया गया है और पुलिस उससे पूछताछ कर रही है। मिली जानकारी के अनुसार विकास कुमार ने पुनपुन के चिनियाबेला निवासी स्व. अजीत सिंह की पुत्री गुड्डी कुमारी के साथ डेढ़ साल पूर्व प्रेम विवाह किया था।

इधर तीन माह पूर्व गुड्डी कुमारी ने एक पुत्र जन्म दिया। घोरहुंआ के घर में विकास व उसकी पत्नी के अलावे उसकी मां एवं इधर तीन चार माह से पुनपुन के पीपरा में विवाहित उसकी बहन रह रही थी।

पीटीआई, नई दिल्ली। अमेरिका द्वारा भारत पर लगाए गए 26 प्रतिशत रेसिप्रोक्टल टैरिफ या आयात शुल्क के प्रभाव का वाणिज्य मंत्रालय विश्लेषण कर रहा है। एक वरिष्ठ सरकारी अधिकारी ने इस बारे में जानकारी दी है।

अधिकारी के अनुसार, सार्वभौमिक 10 प्रतिशत टैरिफ 5 अप्रैल से अमेरिका में सभी आयातों पर लागू होंगे और बाकी के 16 प्रतिशत 10 अप्रैल से लागू होंगे। अधिकारी ने कहा, "मंत्रालय घोषित टैरिफ के प्रभाव का विश्लेषण कर रहा है।"

उन्होंने कहा कि एक प्रावधान है कि यदि कोई देश अमेरिका की चिंताओं का समाधान करता है, तो ट्रंप प्रशासन उस देश के खिलाफ शुल्क कम करने पर विचार कर सकता है।

भारत-अमेरिका के समझौते

भारत पहले से ही अमेरिका के साथ द्विपक्षीय व्यापार समझौते पर बातचीत कर रहा है। दोनों देश इस साल सितंबर-अक्टूबर तक समझौते के पहले चरण को अंतिम रूप देने का लक्ष्य बना रहे हैं। अधिकारी ने कहा, "टैरिफ से भारत के लिए कोई झटका नहीं है।"

अमेरिकी राष्ट्रपति डोनाल्ड ट्रंप ने भारत द्वारा अमेरिकी उत्पादों पर लगाए जाने वाले उच्च शुल्कों पर ध्यान केंद्रित किया और उन्होंने सभी देशों पर रेसिप्रोकल टैरिफ लगाने की घोषणा की। भारत पर 26 प्रतिशत छूट वाला रेसिप्रोकल शुल्क लगाया गया है।

ट्रंप ने 2 अप्रैल को बताया 'लिबरेशन डे'

ट्रंप ने 2 अप्रैल को "लिबरेशन डे" कहा और दावा किया कि यह अमेरिका के उद्योग को फिर से जन्म देने वाला दिन है। ट्रंप ने कहा, "यह दिन हमेशा याद रखा जाएगा, 2 अप्रैल 2025, जब अमेरिका का भाग्य फिर से तय होगा और हम अमेरिका को समृद्ध बनाएंगे।"

उन्होंने एक चार्ट दिखाया, जिसमें यह दर्शाया गया कि भारत, चीन, ब्रिटेन और यूरोपीय संघ जैसे देशों द्वारा लगाए गए शुल्क के मुकाबले अब इन देशों को किस तरह के रेसिप्रोकल टैरिफ का सामना करना पड़ेगा। चार्ट में यह भी दिखाया गया कि भारत 52 प्रतिशत शुल्क लगाता है, जिसमें मुद्रा संचालन और व्यापार बाधाएं शामिल हैं, और अब अमेरिका भारत से 26 प्रतिशत का "डिस्काउंटेड" रेसिप्रोकल टैरिफ लेगा।

भारत के प्रति ट्रंप की टिप्पणी

ट्रंप ने भारत को लेकर कहा, "भारत बहुत सख्त है। प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी अभी-अभी गए हैं और वह मेरे अच्छे दोस्त हैं, लेकिन मैंने उनसे कहा कि आप हमारे दोस्त हैं आप हमें सही तरीके से नहीं संभाल रहे हैं। वे 52 प्रतिशत शुल्क लेते हैं।"

डिजिटल डेस्क, नई दिल्ली। गर्मी धीरे-धीरे बढ़ रही है, लेकिन कुछ जगहों पर बारिश की भी संभावना है। मौसम विभाग ने दिल्ली, मध्य प्रदेश, उत्तर प्रदेश, राजस्थान, उत्तराखंड और छत्तीसगढ़ के लिए अलग-अलग पूर्वानुमान जारी किए हैं। दिल्ली में अधिकतम तापमान में इजाफा होने के आसार है।

वहीं मध्य प्रदेश में बारिश की संभावना है। उत्तर प्रदेश में गर्मी बढ़ रही है, जबकि राजस्थान के तापमान में भी बढ़ोतरी होगी, उत्तराखंड में गर्मी का प्रकोप जारी है, तो छत्तीसगढ़ में बारिश की संभावना है।

देश के कई राज्यों में अप्रैल से जून तक भीषण गर्मी होगी। मध्य प्रदेश में कई जगहों पर बादल छाए रहने के साथ हल्‍की बारिश होने की संभावना जताई गई है। उत्तर प्रदेश और उत्तराखंड में गर्मी जारी रहने की आशंका विभाग ने जताई है।

दिल्ली में गर्मी से बुरा हाल

दिल्ली-एनसीआर के लोगों को गर्मी से राहत के आसार नहीं मिल रहे हैं। तापमान में 2 से 3 डिग्री सेल्सियस की बढ़ोतरी हो सकती है। अगले 4 से 5 दिनों में तापमान 40 डिग्री सेल्सियस तक भी पहुंच सकता है। बुधवार को दिल्ली का न्यूनतम तापमान 14.2 डिग्री सेल्सियस दर्ज किया गया। यह इस मौसम के औसत तापमान से 4.6 डिग्री कम था।

मौसम विभाग के अनुसार, राजस्थान में तापमान तेजी से बढ़ रहा है। बीते दिनों प्रदेश के कई हिस्सों में लू का अलर्ट जारी किया गया था। लेकिन अभी करीब 3 से 4 दिनों तक लू का दौर जारी रहेगा

बिहार में कैसा रहेगा मौसम?

बिहार में गर्मी का प्रकोप देखने को मिल रहा है। यहां तापमान में लगातार बढ़ोतरी देखी जा रही है। बढ़ते तापमान के बीच आने वाले दिनों मौसम यू-टर्न मारने की तैयारी में है।

अगले 24 घंटे में तेलंगाना, मध्य प्रदेश, गोवा, केरल, छत्तीसगढ़, महाराष्ट्र, आंध्र प्रदेश और ओडिशा में 40 से 60 किलोमीटर प्रति घंटे की रफ्तार से हवाएं चलेंगी। कई राज्‍यों में आंधी और बिजली गिरने का पूर्वानुमान IMD ने जताया है।

यूपी में बदली मौसम की चाल

उत्तर प्रदेश में मौसम की चाल बदल गई है। यूपी के निवासियों को अब गर्मी से राहत मिलने वाली है। मौसम विभाग की रिपोर्ट के अनुसार, यूपी के पूर्वी और पश्चिमी इलाकों में 20 से 30 किमी प्रतिघंटा की रफ्तार से तेज हवाएं चलेंगी, जिससे सुबह-शाम वाली ठंडक का एहसास होगा।
