डिजिटल डेस्क, नई दिल्ली। भारत और चीन के बीच व्यापार घाटा लगभग 100 अरब डॉलर तक पहुंच गया है। भारत की कोशिश है कि इसे कैसे कम किया जाए। इस बीच डोनाल्ड ट्रंप की टैरिफ से परेशान चीन ने ही भारत के सामने एक बड़ा ऑफर पेश किया है। चीन अब भारत के साथ व्यापार घाटे को कम करने को तैयार है। उसने भारत के साथ मिलकर काम करने की इच्छा व्यक्त की है।

भारत से मजबूत संबंध चाहता है चीन

टाइम्स ऑफ इंडिया को दिए अपने पहले इंटरव्यू में चीन के राजदूत जू फेइहोंग ने कहा कि चीन भारत के साथ मजबूत संबंध चाहता है। हम भारत के व्यापार घाटे को भी कम करने को तैयार हैं। चीन में भारतीय निर्यात को बढ़ावा दिया जाएगा। उन्होंने यह भी उम्मीद जताई कि भारत में भी चीनी कंपनियों को उचित माहौल दिया जाएगा। जू फेइहोंग ने कहा कि प्रीमियम भारतीय प्रोडक्ट का चीनी बाजार में स्वागत है।

दोनों देशों को होगा लाभ

चीनी राजदूत ने आगे कहा कि दोनों देशों के बीच आर्थिक और व्यापारिक संबंध लाभदायक होंगे। व्यापार घाटे पर कहा कि चीन ने कभी जानबूझकर व्यापार अधिशेष को नहीं बढ़ाया है। यह बाजार की प्रवृत्ति और बदलती आर्थिक स्थितियों के कारण होता है। मगर हम भारत के साथ व्यापार घाटे क कम करने को तैयार हैं।

चीन के बाजार में अपार संभावनाएं

चीनी राजदूत ने शी चिनफिंग के हवाले से कहा कि चीन दुनिया का दूसरा सबसे बड़ा उपभोक्ता बाजार है। यहां के विशाल मध्यम-आय वर्ग में निवेश और खपत की अपार संभावनाएं हैं। भारतीय व्यवसायों को इसका लाभ उठाना चाहिए। उन्होंने यह भी बताया कि पिछले वित्त वर्ष में भारत से चीन ने मिर्च, लौह अयस्क और सूती धागे का आयात किया। भारत भी क्रमाश: 17%, 160% और 240% से अधिक निर्यात वृद्धि का गवाह बना।

उम्मीद- भारत भी देगा उचित माहौल

जू फेइहोंग ने इंटरव्यू में कहा कि मुझे उम्मीद है कि भारत भी चीन की चिंताओं को गंभीरता से लेगा। चीन के उद्योगों के लिए निष्पक्ष, पारदर्शी और भेदभाव पूर्ण माहौल देगा। उन्होंने आगे कहा कि भारतीय कंपनियां चीनी खरीदारों और उपभोक्ताओं से जुड़ने के लिए चाइना इंटरनेशनल इम्पोर्ट एक्सपो, चाइना- एशिया एक्सपो और चाइना इंटरनेशनल कंज्यूमर प्रोडक्ट्स एक्सपो जैसे प्लेटफार्मों का लाभ उठा सकती हैं।

राज्य ब्यूरो,पटना। प्रवर्तन निदेशालय (ED) ने भ्रष्टाचार और आय से अधिक संपत्ति मामले में मगध विश्वविद्यालय के पूर्व कुलपति डॉ. राजेंद्र प्रसाद और उनके परिवार के खिलाफ आरोप-पत्र दाखिल कर दिया है। इसमें पूर्व कुलपति के साथ उनके बेटे डॉ. अशोक कुमार, भाई अवधेश प्रसाद और प्यारी देवी स्मारक कल्याण ट्रस्ट के खिलाफ अभियोजन पक्ष ने शिकायत दर्ज की है।

15 अप्रैल को दाखिल किया गया आरोप पत्र

ED ने बयान जारी कर बताया कि 15 अप्रैल को पटना में धन शोधन निवारण अधिनियम (पीएमएलए) की विशेष अदालत के समक्ष आरोप पत्र दाखिल किया गया और अदालत ने उसी दिन संज्ञान लिया। प्रवर्तन निदेशालय (ED) ने यह कार्रवाई बिहार पुलिस की विशेष निगरानी इकाई द्वारा पूर्व कुलपति एवं अन्य पर दर्ज प्राथमिकी की जांच के आधार पर की है।

आय से अधिक संपत्ति का मामला

पूर्व कुलपति पर आरोप है कि सितंबर 2019 से नवंबर 2021 के बीच मगध विश्वविद्यालय के कुलपति के रूप में काम करते हुए उन्होंने 2.66 करोड़ की आय से अधिक संपत्ति अर्जित की। इस मामले में विशेष निगरानी इकाई ने प्राथमिकी दर्ज करने के बाद राजेंद्र प्रसाद के गया और गोरखपुर स्थित ठिकानों पर छापा भी मारा था।

64.53 लाख रुपये की संपत्ति कुर्क

जांच एजेंसी ने 64.53 लाख रुपये की संपत्ति कुर्क भी की थी। ED ने इस मामले की जांच में पाया कि डॉ. राजेंद्र प्रसाद ने इन पैसों का इस्तेमाल अपने बेटे अशोक कुमार के नाम पर संपत्ति हासिल करने में किया।

आरपी कॉलेज के नाम पर अर्जित संपत्तियों को प्यारी देवी मेमोरियल वेलफेयर ट्रस्ट को पट्टे पर हस्तांतरित किया गया था, जिसका स्वामित्व उनके परिवार के पास है।

इसमें दावा किया गया है कि ट्रस्ट के बैंक खाते में कुछ नकदी जमा की गई थी, ताकि इसे आय के रूप में दिखाया जा सके। जांच टीम का मानना है कि पूर्व कुलपति ने अपने परिवार के सदस्यों को शामिल करते हुए एक सुनियोजित साजिश रची, ताकि अपराध की आय से अर्जित संपत्तियों को बेदाग संपत्ति के रूप में पेश किया जा सके।
