जागरण टीम, पटना। बिहार विधान परिषद (Bihar Vidhan Parishad Session) में शुक्रवार को खूब पॉलिटिकल ड्रामा देखने को मिला। सीएम नीतीश कुमार (Nitish Kumar) पूर्व मुख्यमंत्री लालू यादव की पत्नी राबड़ी देवी पर भड़क उठे। बड़े ही उखड़े अंदाज में राबड़ी देवी की ओर इशारा करते हुए नीतीश कुमार बहुत तीखा बोल गए।

नीतीश कुमार ने राबड़ी देवी (Rabri Devi) की ओर इशारा करते हुए कहा, "इनके हसबैंड जेल गए, तो अपनी वाइफ को मुख्यमंत्री बना दिया। ये लोग महिलाओं के लिए कोई काम नहीं किए हैं।"

MLC उर्मिला के बयान से खड़ा हुआ सियासी बवाल

दरअसल, ये पूरा बवाल राजद एमएलसी उर्मिला ठाकुर के सवाल से शुरू हुआ। वह प्रश्नकाल में जब महिलाओं के मुद्दे पर सरकार से सवाल पूछ रहीं थी, तब नीतीश कुमार को अचानक गुस्सा आ गया। वह सीट से खड़े हो गए और लालू परिवार को निशाने पर ले लिया।

गुस्से से लाल हो गए सीएम नीतीश

मुख्यमंत्री नीतीश कुमार ने गुस्से में कहा, हमने महिलाओं के लिए बहुत काम किया है। इनको (विपक्ष) कुछ मालूम नहीं है। इन लोगों ने आज तक महिलाओं के लिए कोई काम नहीं किया।

राबड़ी देवी की ओर इशारा करते हुए सीएम ने कह दिया, इनके हसबैंड जेल गए, तो अपनी वाइफ को मुख्यमंत्री बना दिया।

बता दें कि नीतीश कुमार कई बार महिलाओं के मुद्दे पर लालू परिवार और राजद को घेर चुके हैं। नीतीश कुमार ने बीते दिनों सदन नें कहा था कि 2005 से पहले लोग रात को बाहर नहीं निकल पाते थे। मां-बेटी घर से बाहर जाने पर डरती थीं।

तेजस्वी यादव ने क्या बोला?

राबड़ी देवी के बारे में मुख्यमंत्री नीतीश कुमार की टिप्पणी पर RJD नेता तेजस्वी यादव ने प्रतिक्रिया दी है। उन्होंने कहा, "नीतीश कुमार को यह पता होना चाहिए कि राबड़ी देवी बिहार की पहली महिला मुख्यमंत्री हैं... नीतीश कुमार की गिरती सेहत साबित कर चुकी है कि वे अब बिहार चलाने के योग्य नहीं हैं"।

महिलाओं पर बढ़ते अपराध के खिलाफ विधानमंडल में प्रदर्शन

राष्ट्रीय महिला दिवस के एक दिन पूर्व बिहार विधानमंडल के दोनों सदनों के बाहर महिलाओं के खिलाफ बढ़ती हिंसा, अपराध और आउट सोर्स से होने वाली नियुक्तियों में आरक्षण की मांग को लेकर विपक्ष ने प्रदर्शन किया। विधान परिषद में स्वयं राबड़ी देवी ने प्रदर्शन का मोर्चा संभाला और पोस्टर लेकर प्रदर्शन किया।

शुक्रवार को विधानसभा की कार्यवाही प्रारंभ होने के पूर्व भाकपा माले के सदस्य विधानसभा परिसर में होर्डिंग और प्ले कार्ड के साथ उतरे और उन्होंने महिलाओं के खिलाफ बढ़ती हिंसा को लेकर प्रदर्शन किया। माले नेताओं ने कहा कि बिहार में हर दिन महिलाओं के साथ आपराधिक वारदातें हो रही हैं।

हाल ही में एक महिला की नृशंस तरीके से हत्या कर उसके पैरों में कीले ठोक दी गई। इस अमानवीय घटना के खिलाफ कार्रवाई करने की बजाय सरकार मौन है। नेताओं ने महिलाओं के खिलाफ होने वाले अपराधों पर त्वरित कार्रवाई करने की मांग उठाई।

दूसरी ओर विधानसभा और विधानसभा परिसर पोर्टिको में राजद ने आउटसोर्सिंग नियुक्तियों में 65 प्रतिशत आरक्षण देने की मांग के साथ प्रदर्शन किया।

प्रदर्शन करने वाले नेताओं ने कहा कि राज्य सरकार साजिश के तहत अनुसूचित जाति जनजाति के लोगों का आरक्षण छीनना चाहती है। जाति आधारित सर्वे के बाद 65 प्रतिशत आरक्षण सीमा बढ़ाई गई परंतु साजिश के तहत इसे संविधान की नौवीं अनुसूची में शामिल नहीं किया गया।
