राज्य ब्यूरो, पटना। बिहार विधानसभा के चालू बजट सत्र के दौरान सत्ता पक्ष और विपक्ष के नेता एक दूसरे पर आरोप लगाने में कोई कसर नहीं छोड़ हैं रहे। इसी कड़ी में गुरुवार को बिहार विधानसभा की कार्यवाही प्रारंभ होने के पूर्व उत्पाद एवं मद्य निषेध मंत्री रत्नेश सदा ने राजद नेताओं के साथ ही पूर्व मंत्री सर्वजीत पर शराब कारोबार के आरोप लगाए। इस पर राजद ने पलटवार करते हुए कहा, एनडीए के सभी नेता शराब का सेवन करते हैं।

पूर्व मंत्री सर्वजीत पर शराब कारोबार में शामिल होने का आरोप

मंत्री रत्नेश सादा ने कहा कि राष्ट्रीय जनता दल के नेता पूर्व मंत्री सर्वजीत शराब के कारोबार में शामिल हैं, शराब का व्यापार करते हैं। विधानसभा में कहा था कि शराब खुलेआम बिक रही है।

मंत्री मेरे साथ चले हम बताते हैं कि शराब कहां-कहां बिक रही है। मंत्री सदा ने कहा कि वह खुद शराब के कारोबार में शामिल है और विपक्ष के लोग शराब का धंधा कर रहे हैं। उन्होंने कहा कि राज्य में शराबबंदी कानून लागू है और लागू रहेगा इसमें कोई परिवर्तन नहीं होगा।

राजद नेताओं ने NDA सरकार के मंत्रियों को घेरा

• मंत्री के आरोप के बाद राष्ट्रीय जनता दल के विधायक मुकेश रोशन ने कहा कि एनडीए सरकार के सभी विधायक व मंत्री शराब पीते हैं।
• यहां नहीं मिली तो जब दिल्ली जाते हैं तो बिहार भवन में भी यह लोग शराब पीते हैं। इन लोगों की जांच होगी हमारी सरकार आएगी सारे लोगों की जांच होगी, सभी लोग जेल जाएंगे। उन्होंने मुख्यमंत्री पर सत्ता का लिए समझौता करने के आरोप लगाए।

पीडीएस दुकानदारों के कमीशन में वृद्धि की मांग को लेकर प्रदर्शन

बिहार विधानसभा के बजट सत्र में विपक्ष रोज नए मुद्दों जरिये सरकार के खिलाफ प्रदर्शन में जुटा है। इसी कड़ी में गुरुवार सुबह एक बार फिर विधानसभा की कार्यवाही के पूर्व राष्ट्रीय जनता दल के विधायकों ने परिसर में प्रदर्शन किया।

राष्ट्रीय जनता दल के विधायकों ने जन वितरण प्रणाली दुकानदारों के पक्ष में पोस्टर लेकर प्रदर्शन किया। साथ ही प्रदर्शन करने वाले राजद नेताओं ने सरकार विरोधी नारे भी लगाए।

विधानसभा मैं गुरुवार को प्रश्न उत्तर काल के साथ ही स्वास्थ्य और कृषि विभाग समिति अन्य कई विभागों के बजट पेश होने हैं। विधानसभा की कार्यवाही अपने निर्धारित समय 11:00 से प्रारंभ हो इसके पूर्व ही राष्ट्रीय जनता दल के सदस्यों ने सभा पोर्टिको में पोस्टर और प्ले कार्ड लेकर प्रदर्शन किया।

विधायको की मांग थी कि राज्य के जन वितरण प्रणाली से जुड़े दुकानदारों को सरकार जो कमीशन दे रही है वह उनकी मेहनत के अनुकूल नहीं।

राजद नेताओं की है कि पीडीएस दुकानदारों को कम से कम 25,000 मानदेय दिया जाना चाहिए। इसके अलावा उन्हें प्रति क्विंटल मिलने वाला कमीशन जो अभी 90 रुपए है उसे बढ़ाकर कम से कम 300 किया जाए।

एएनआई, नई दिल्ली। मयूर विहार फेज 2 में तीन मंदिरों, पूर्वी दिल्ली काली बाड़ी समिति, श्री अमरनाथ मंदिर संस्था, श्री बद्री नाथ मंदिर की समितियों ने 19 मार्च, 2025 को जारी डीडीए के ध्वस्तीकरण नोटिस को चुनौती देते हुए सुप्रीम कोर्ट का दरवाजा खटखटाया है।

सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने दिल्ली हाई कोर्ट जाने को कहा

सुप्रीम कोर्ट में याचिका दायर करने के बाद शीर्ष अदालत ने याचिकाकर्ताओं से दिल्ली हाई कोर्ट जाने को कहा है।। वकील विष्णु शंकर जैन के माध्यम से दायर याचिका में कहा गया है कि बुधवार रात 9 बजे अधिकारियों द्वारा सार्वजनिक नोटिस चिपकाया गया था और बताया गया था कि 20 मार्च, 2025 को सुबह 4 बजे मंदिरों को ध्वस्त कर दिया जाएगा।

याचिका में कहा गया है कि डीडीए के किसी भी अधिकारी या किसी भी धार्मिक समिति द्वारा मंदिरों को सुनवाई का कोई अवसर नहीं दिया गया।

याचिका में कहा गया है कि मंदिर 35 साल पुराने हैं और डीडीए ने खुद काली बाड़ी समिति मंदिर को मंदिर के सामने की जमीन पर दुर्गा पूजा आयोजित करने की अनुमति दी थी।
