Bitcoin surged more than 8% to cross $81,700 on Thursday after U.S. President Donald Trump announced a 90-day pause on planned tariff hikes for dozens of countries, offering relief to investors spooked by escalating trade tensions.The world’s largest cryptocurrency by market value touched an intraday high of $83,541, buoyed by the unexpected rollback of tariffs less than 24 hours after they were introduced. However, the White House clarified that a 10% blanket duty on nearly all imports would remain in effect.At the same time, tariffs on Chinese imports were raised to 125%, following Beijing’s move to impose an 84% levy on U.S. goods.As of 9:50 AM IST, Bitcoin was trading at $81,740, up 8.1% over the past 24 hours. Ethereum also rallied 12.6% to $1,613, while the global cryptocurrency market capitalisation rose 8.3% to $2.59 trillion."The crypto market saw a strong rebound after Trump announced a 90-day pause on reciprocal tariffs, easing investor sentiment," said Alankar Saxena, Co-founder and CTO of Mudrex.Saxena noted that regulatory developments added to the positive momentum. “The U.S. Senate confirming Paul Atkins as the new SEC Chair and the approval of options on spot Ethereum ETFs have broadened Ether’s investment appeal, especially among institutions. If this momentum continues, BTC’s rally to $100,000 is back on the table, with the next major resistance at $88,600 and support at $80,000,” he added.Avinash Shekhar, Co-founder and CEO of Pi42, said, "Trump's tariff break has given investors confidence, and the SEC's confirmation of Paul Atkins and approval for Ethereum ETF options trading have added critical credibility to the crypto ecosystem. With regulatory clarity improving and macroeconomic conditions stabilizing, we might be entering a new era of mainstream adoption and long-term appreciation in digital assets."Despite the strong performance, some experts remained cautious. “While spot prices have rallied sharply, derivative indicators suggest that traders are still hesitant. एएनआई, नई दिल्ली। मुंबई में 26 नवंबर 2008 को हुए आतंकी हमलों के पीछे की साजिश से जुड़े एक अहम मामले में केंद्र सरकार ने बड़ा कदम उठाया है। सरकार ने एडवोकेट नरेंद्र मान को राष्ट्रीय जांच एजेंसी (NIA) की ओर से केस की सुनवाई के लिए स्पेशल पब्लिक प्रॉसिक्यूटर नियुक्त किया है।

तहव्वुर राणा और डेविड हेडली के खिलाफ केस की सुनवाई करेंगे

यह नियुक्ति एनआईए केस नंबर RC-04/2009/NIA/DLI से संबंधित है, जो पाकिस्तान मूल के तहव्वुर हुसैन राणा और डेविड कोलमैन हेडली के खिलाफ है। इन दोनों पर 26/11 हमलों की साजिश रचने का गंभीर आरोप है। अब नरेंद्र मान इस केस की सुनवाई एनआईए की स्पेशल कोर्ट, दिल्ली और संबंधित अपीली अदालतों में करेंगे।

तीन साल की अवधि या ट्रायल पूरा होने तक जिम्मेदारी

नरेंद्र मान को यह जिम्मेदारी तीन साल के लिए दी गई है, जो इस नियुक्ति की अधिसूचना प्रकाशित होने की तारीख से लागू मानी जाएगी। यदि ट्रायल इससे पहले पूरा हो जाता है, तो उनकी जिम्मेदारी वहीं समाप्त हो जाएगी।

कौन हैं नरेंद्र मान?

एडवोकेट नरेंद्र मान एक जानेमाने वकील हैं। उनके व्यापक कानूनी अनुभव और आपराधिक मामलों में दक्षता के आधार पर उन्हें 26/11 मुंबई आतंकी हमला केस में चुना गया है। उनकी नियुक्ति से यह उम्मीद जताई जा रही है कि मामले में अभियोजन पक्ष और प्रभावी ढंग से प्रस्तुत होगा। तहव्वुर राणा के खिलाफ पेश सबूत से पाकिस्तान का भी चेहरा बेनकाब हो सकता है।

अमेरिका की सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने पाकिस्तानी-कनाडाई नागरिक तहव्वुर हुसैन राणा के भारत प्रत्यर्पण की मंजूरी देने के बाद उसे भारत लाया जा रहा है। राणा को भारत लाने के बाद राष्ट्रीय जांच एजेंसी (NIA) उसको हिरासत में लेकर पूछताछ करेगी।

NIA ने 2009 में दर्ज किया था केस

भारत सरकार के आदेश पर 11 नवंबर 2009 को एनआईए ने दिल्ली में केस RC-04/2009/NIA/DLI दर्ज किया था। यह केस इंडियन पीनल कोड की धारा 121A, यूएपीए एक्ट की धारा 18 और सार्क कन्वेंशन (टेररिज्म की रोकथाम) एक्ट की धारा 6(2) के तहत दर्ज किया गया था। इसमें डेविड कोलमैन हेडली और तहव्वुर राणा को मुख्य आरोपी बनाया गया।

आतंकियों को समर्थन देने का आरोप

एनआईए के मुताबिक, राणा और हेडली को अमेरिका में गिरफ्तार किया गया था। दोनों पर प्रतिबंधित आतंकी संगठन लश्कर-ए-तैयबा को सहयोग देने और भारत में आतंकी हमले की साजिश रचने का आरोप है। मुंबई हमले में 174 से अधिक लोग मारे गए थे। एनआईए ने अमेरिका को दोनों की प्रत्यर्पण के लिए औपचारिक अनुरोध भेजा था। पाकिस्तान को भी एक लेटर रोगेटरी भेजा गया, जिसका अब तक जवाब नहीं मिला है।

अदालत में चार्जशीट दाखिल

एनआईए ने इस केस में 24 दिसंबर 2011 को दिल्ली की पटियाला हाउस कोर्ट में सभी 9 आरोपियों के खिलाफ चार्जशीट दाखिल की थी। आरोपियों पर आईपीसी की कई धाराओं (120B, 121, 121A, 302, 468, 471) और यूएपीए एक्ट की धाराओं (16, 18, 20) के तहत आरोप लगाए गए हैं।

चंद घंटों में भारत में होगा तहव्वुर राणा

मुंबई हमलों का मास्टमाइंड तहव्वुर राणा को भारत लाया जा रहा है और वो चंद घंटों में भारत की धरती पर होगा। दिल्ली एयरपोर्ट पर उतरने के बाद से ही तमाम तरह की कानूनी प्रक्रियाएं शुरू की जांएगी, जिसके तहत 26/11 हमले में मारे गए लोगों और उनके परिजनों को इंसाफ दिलाया जा सके।

Donald Trump has announced a 90-day pause on tariffs to allow trade negotiations, a move that may be a big relief to India and might require to pull off a new trade strategy altogether. Global Trade Research Initiative (GTRI) has suggested that New Delhi should avoid signing a comprehensive Free Trade Agreement (FTA) with Washington, and instead consider a limited "Zero-to-Zero" tariff deal on 90 per cent of industrial goods. डिजिटल डेस्क, नई दिल्ली। वक्फ संशोधन बिल के दोनों सदनों में पास होने के बाद से कई राजनेता इसके विरोध में आ गए हैं। इस बीच,ऑल इंडिया वुमेन मुस्लिम पर्सनल लॉ बोर्ड की अध्यक्ष शाइस्ता अंबर ने वक्फ विधेयक 2025 का समर्थन किया है। उन्होंने कहा-हम इस बिल का स्वागत करते हैं।

ये मुस्लिम समाज, विशेषकर मुस्लिम महिलाओं के हितों की सुरक्षा करेगा। महिलाओं को सशक्त बनाने की दिशा में एक ऐतिहासिक कदम है। यह विधेयक सिर्फ कानून में संशोधन नहीं है, बल्कि एक ऐतिहासिक कदम है।

समाज को मिलेगा लाभ

शाइस्ता अंबर ने  कहा-

वक्फ के नए कानून से समाज को लाभ मिलेगा। मुस्लिम महिलाओं की भागीदारी मजबूत होगी। अधिकारों, गरिमा और सम्मान को नई दिशा देने की शुरुआत है। सरकार ने कहा है वक्फ की जमीन पर जो कब्जे हैं, उसे हटाएगी।

वक्फ बोर्ड और केंद्रीय वक्फ परिषद में मुस्लिम महिलाओं को शामिल करने की हम लोग लंबी लड़ाई लड़ रहे थे। इससे पहले पूर्व राष्ट्रपति प्रतिभा देवी सिंह पाटिल से मांग किया था।

शाइस्ता अंबर ने आगे कहा-

महिलाओं को वक्फ बोर्ड के सदस्य और पदाधिकारी के रूप में जगह मिले। इन्हें सिर्फ नाम के लिए नहीं, बल्कि काम के लिए रखा जाए। महिलाओं की जिम्मेदारी और अधिकार क्षेत्र सुनिश्चित किया जाए।

प्रधानमंत्री का जताया आभार

शाइस्ता अम्बर ने कहा-आज तक किसी भी सरकार ने मुस्लिम समाज के लिए वास्तविक काम नहीं किया। सभी ने सिर्फ वोट बैंक की राजनीति की है। ऑल इंडिया मुस्लिम वुमेन पर्सनल लॉ बोर्ड पीएम नरेंद्र मोदी का इस बिल के लिए आभार व्यक्त करती है। मुस्लिम महिलाओं के विकास को ध्यान में रखते हुए यह विधेयक प्रस्तुत किया गया और इसने कानूनी रूप लिया।

'वक्फ की संपत्तियों की सुरक्षा होगी'

सरकार ने दोनों सदनों में मुस्लिम समुदाय को भरोसा दिलाया है कि जनता एवं मुस्लिम समुदाय से किए वादों को पूरा किया जाएगा । हमें पूरी उम्मीद है कि इस बिल से वक्फ की संपत्तियों की सुरक्षा होगी। अल्पसंख्यक समुदाय के जो गरीब बच्चे हैं, विधवा महिलाएं हैं तमाम जरूरतमंद लोगों की आर्थिक सहायता होगी।
