राज्य ब्यूरो, पटना। राजस्व एवं भूमि सुधार मंत्री संजय सरावगी ने भूमि सर्वेक्षण का प्रथम चरण जल्द पूरा करने का निर्देश दिया है। शनिवार को पटना में आयोजित समीक्षा बैठक में उन्होंने प्रथम चरण के सर्वेक्षण की धीमी गति पर चिंता जाहिर की।

प्रथम चरण की प्रगति

प्रथम चरण में राज्य के 20 जिलों के 89 अंचलों के 5657 गांवों में भूमि सर्वेक्षण चल रहा है। समीक्षा बैठक में सभी जिलों के बंदोबस्त पदाधिकारी शामिल हुए।

इसमें विभाग के अपर मुख्य सचिव दीपक कुमार सिंह, सचिव जय सिंह एवं निदेशक, भू अभिलेख एवं परिमाप कमलेश कुमार सिंह भी शामिल थे। अपर मुख्य सचिव और सचिव ने प्रत्येक जिले के बंदोबस्त पदाधिकारियों के लिए उनकी सहमति से टारगेट फिक्स किया।

मुख्यालय द्वारा निगरानी

सरावगी ने कहा कि सभी अधिकारी नियमित रूप से विशेष सर्वेक्षण शिविरों के कार्यों का निरीक्षण सुनिश्चित कर रैयतों को हो रही परेशानियों को दूर करें। उन्होंने कहा कि इस कार्य की मॉनिटरिंग मुख्यालय में अधिकारियों की टीम कर रही है। यह टीम फील्ड में आने वाली दिक्कतों को दूर कर रही है।

दूसरे चरण के विशेष सर्वेक्षण के जिलों में स्वघोषणा एवं वंशावली जमा करने में तेजी लाने का निर्देश दिया। उन्होंने कहा कि पूर्वी तथा पश्चिमी चंपारण में रैयतों की ओर से स्वघोषणा एवं वंशावली जमा करने में देरी हो रही है।

उन्होंने पदाधिकारियों को रैयतों के बीच जाकर उन्हें जागरूक कर गति को और तेज करने का निर्देश दिया। उन्होंने कहा कि सर्वे कार्यक्रम में किसी भी पदाधिकारी/कर्मी के विरुद्ध कोई भी गंभीर शिकायत प्राप्त होती है तो उनके विरुद्ध निश्चित रूप से सख्त कार्रवाई की जाएगी।

सुविधाओं में सुधार

अपर मुख्य सचिव ने कहा कि विशेष सर्वेक्षण के दौरान रैयतों की सुविधा में लगातार सुधार किया जा रहा है। सर्वेक्षण के कार्य में लगे पदाधिकारियों का दायित्व है कि नीचे के कर्मियों तक सभी निर्देश पहुंचाने के लिए लगातार उनके साथ बैठक करें।

सचिव जय सिंह ने कहा कि सभी अधिकारी सप्ताह में शिविरों का निरीक्षण सुनिश्चित करें। इससे रैयतों की परेशानी दूर की जा सकेगी।
