जागरण टीम, पटना/आरा। पूर्व मध्य रेलवे के अंतर्गत संचालित की जाने वाली पाटलिपुत्र-गोरखपुर एक्सप्रेस (Patliputra Gorakhpur Express) अब 22 मार्च से नए कोच के साथ दौड़ेगी। नए कोच पूर्व की तुलना में ज्यादा सुरक्षित एवं सुविधाजनक हैं। अब इस ट्रेन में कोचों की संख्या बढ़कर 19 हो जाएगी। पूर्व में इस ट्रेन में 12 कोच होते थे।

नए कोच स्टेनलेस स्टील से निर्मित हैं। कोच की आंतरिक सजावट भी काफी बेहतर तरीके से की गई है। इससे ट्रेन की गति क्षमता में भी वृद्धि हो जाएगी, क्योंकि पहले की तुलना में नए कोच ज्यादा हल्के हैं। इसके साथ ही इसकी सुरक्षा पहले की तुलना में ज्यादा बेहतर है।

दुर्घटना की स्थिति में भी इस कोच से यात्रियों को काफी बचाव होगा। यात्रियों की सुविधा को देखते हुए अधिकांश ट्रेनों में अब नए कोच लगाए जा रहे हैं। इस तरह के कोच की मांग पूरे देश में हो रही है। रेलवे धीरे-धीरे नए कोच अधिकांश ट्रेनों में लगा रहा है।

दो अप्रैल तक लंबी दूरी की सभी ट्रेनों में आरक्षण की लंबी प्रतीक्षा

होली के बाद काम पर लौटने वालों की भीड़ है और स्पेशल ट्रेन चलने के बाद भी आरक्षण टिकट नहीं मिल रहा है। रुटीन ट्रेनों में लंबी दूरी के लिए दो अप्रैल तक कोई स्कोप नहीं है, जबकि स्पेशल ट्रेनों में सीट पांच दिनों के अंतराल में मिल जा रही है।

श्रमजीवी एक्सप्रेस में दो अप्रैल तक 105 वेटिंग टिकट मिल रही है। हावड़ा और दिल्ली-मुंबई से आने-जाने वाली ट्रेनों में यही स्थिति है। आरा से दिल्ली जाने वाली दोनों मगध एक्सप्रेस में दो अप्रैल से टिकट मिलेगा। एडवांस बुकिंग पर नजर डालें तो लंबी दूरी की अधिकतर ट्रेनों में अभी से वेटिंग का बोर्ड लग गया है।

कई ट्रेनों के थर्ड एसी में नोरूम की भी स्थिति है। इसी तरह होली के बाद पटना दानापुर से चलने और गुजरने वाली लंबी दूरी की ट्रेनों में लंबी वेटिंग है। आरा में आए लोगों को लग रहा है कि पूरे मार्च तक जिले में ही रहना होगा, क्योंकि दूसरा कोई विकल्प नहीं है।

ट्रेनों में अब सहारा बचा तत्काल

आरा जंक्शन से अपने काम पर जाने वाले यात्रियों को आरक्षित सीट नहीं मिलने के कारण यात्री ट्रेनों के गेट पर लटककर जाने को मजबूर हैं। ट्रेन में अभी से जो रिजर्वेशन काउंटर हैं, वहां भीड़ ही भीड़ है। यात्रियों को जब लाइन में लगने के बाद टिकट नहीं मिलता है तो मायूस होकर लौट जा रहे हैं। वहीं, तत्काल ही एकमात्र सहारा है।

ट्रेनों में सीट की स्थिति

पटना से दिल्ली जाने के लिए 20 मार्च से दो अप्रैल के बीच स्लीपर में सवा सौ से ढाई सौ तक वेटिंग है। थर्ड एसी में सभी बर्थ बुक हैं। मगध एक्सप्रेस स्पेशल में दो से छह अप्रैल से टिकट कन्फर्म टिकट मिलेगा। भागलपुर सूरत एक्सप्रेस और ब्रमपुत्र एक्सप्रेस में अभी से लंबी वेटिंग है। इन दोनों ट्रेनों में पांच अप्रैल तक कोई सीट खाली नहीं है।

दानापुर बैंगलोर सिटी तक जाने वाली संगमित्रा एक्सप्रेस में दो अप्रैल तक 56 वेटिंग चल रही है। छह अप्रैल से इस ट्रेन में सीट उपलब्ध बताई जा रही है। इसके पहले किसी भी क्लास में सीट नहीं है।

दानापुर से चलकर सिकंदराबाद जाने वाली एक्सप्रेस गाड़ी में दो अप्रैल तक वेटिंग है। उसके बाद सीट उपलब्ध होगी। लोकयमान्य तिलक एक्सप्रेस ट्रेन में पांच अप्रैल के बाद सीट उपलब्ध होगी। विभूति एक्सप्रेस स्पेशल ट्रेन में पूरे महीने सीट खाली नहीं है। वहीं, पटना आनंद विहार स्पेशल ट्रेन नंबर 03255 में 25 मार्च से सीट उपलब्ध हैं।

जागरण टीम, मोतिहारी/पटना। भारत-नेपाल सीमा पर स्थित पूर्वी चंपारण के रक्सौल एयरपोर्ट (Raxaul Airport) से यात्री विमान के उड़ान भरने की उम्मीद धीरे-धीरे बढ़ रही है। इसके लिए जरूरी 139 एकड़ अतिरिक्त जमीन का अधिग्रहण करने के लिए एयरपोर्ट अथॉरिटी ऑफ इंडिया ने राज्य सरकार से अधियाचना की है।

इसकी सूचना मिलने के साथ स्थानीय स्तर पर भूमि अधिग्रहण की कवायद तेज हो गई है। जिला प्रशासन जरूरी प्रक्रिया पूरी करने में लगा है। बता दें कि कैबिनेट की बैठक में 207.70 करोड़ रुपये आवंटित किए गए हैं। संबंधित भूखंडों की खेसरा पंजी तैयार की जा चुकी है।

रक्सौल अंचल के छह गांवों में करीब 400 रैयतों की 139 एकड़ जमीन का अधिग्रहण किया जाना है। भूमि चिह्नित कर उसकी पैमाइश कर खेसरा पंजी तैयार की गई है।

एयरपोर्ट के पास पहले से 137 एकड़ भूमि उपलब्ध है। छह सदस्यीय कमेटी ने स्थल का निरीक्षण कर अपनी जांच रिपोर्ट सौंप दी है। इसके बाद सामाजिक प्रभाव आंकलन एएन सिन्हा सामाजिक संस्थान द्वारा किया जा रहा है।

नागरिक सुविधाओं के साथ मजबूत होगी आर्थिक स्थिति

इस एयरपोर्ट के बन जाने के बाद जब नागरिक सेवाएं शुरू होंगी। इसके बाद आसपास के इलाकों के लोगों की आर्थिक स्थिति मजबूत होगी। वहीं लोगों की सुविधाएं बढेंगी। नेपाल से सटी दोनों देशों की अंतरराष्ट्रीय सीमा से सटे होने के कारण यहां सुरक्षा प्रबंध भी पहले से और मजबूत किए जा सकेंगे।

बता दें कि इस एयरपोर्ट की स्थापना 1962-63 में भारत-चीन युद्ध के समय किया गया था। तब उद्देश्य था कि युद्ध के दौरान चीन से भाया नेपाल सटने वाली इस सीमा पर भी जरूरत के हिसाब से सेना के विमान उतारे जा सकें।

लंबे समय बाद केंद्र सरकार ने हवाई सफर के सपनों को साकार करने के लिए उड़ान योजना में इसे शामिल किया। इसके लिए पहले उपलब्ध करीब 137 एकड़ भूमि के अलावा 139 एकड़ जमीन की आवश्यकता बताई गई।

करीब 400 रैयतों की भूमि का होना है अधिग्रहण

हवाई अड्डा के निर्माण के लिए रक्सौल अंचल के छह गांवों में 139 एकड़ नई जमीन का अधिग्रहण किया जाएगा। भूमि चिह्नित कर उसकी पैमाइश कर खेसरा पंजी तैयार की गई है। छह गांवों में करीब चार सौ रैयतों की जमीन का अधिग्रहित किया जाना है। अधिग्रहण रक्सौल अंचल के चिकनी, सिंहपुर, सिसवा, एकडेरवा, भरतमही व चंदौली गांव में किया जाना है।

रक्सौल हवाई अड्डा के लिए भूमि अधिग्रहण की अधियाचना प्राप्त होने के बाद अधिग्रहण को लेकर कार्रवाई तेज कर दी गई है। छह सदस्यीय कमेटी की जांच हो गई है। एसआईए के बाद अधिग्रहण से संबंधित अन्य कार्यों को पूरा किया जाएगा। - गणेश कुमार, जिला भू-अर्जन पदाधिकारी
