जागरण संवाददाता, पटना। Patna News: बिहार की राजधानी पटना में आगामी 5 अप्रैल को मगही भाषा, साहित्य-संस्कृति-सिनेमा, लोक कला, लोक गायन, इतिहास-पुरातत्व का एक दिवसीय उत्सव आयोजित होने जा रहा है। यह महोत्सव पटना के गर्दनीबाग स्थित बापू टावर में आयोजित किया जाएगा, जो सुबह 9 बजे से शुरू होकर शाम 7 बजे तक चलेगा।

इस महोत्सव का मुख्य उद्देश्य मगही लोक भाषा, साहित्य, संस्कृति और संगीत में विमर्श को बढ़ावा देना है। आयोजन में विभिन्न सांस्कृतिक और बौद्धिक कार्यक्रमों के जरिए मगही की समृद्ध विरासत को प्रदर्शित किया जाएगा।

कार्यक्रमों का विवरण

मगही महोत्सव में कई रोचक और ज्ञानवर्धक गतिविधियों का आयोजन किया जाएगा। इसमें विमर्श और परिचर्चा के सत्र होंगे, जहां मगही भाषा और साहित्य पर गहन चर्चा होगी। इसके अलावा युवा संवाद का आयोजन भी किया जाएगा, जिसमें नई पीढ़ी को मगही संस्कृति से जोड़ने पर जोर दिया जाएगा।

लोक गायन और मगही कवि सम्मेलन के माध्यम से स्थानीय कलाकारों को अपनी प्रतिभा प्रदर्शित करने का मौका मिलेगा। साथ ही, अभिभाषण और लोक नृत्य जैसे कार्यक्रम इस महोत्सव को और भी रंगीन बनाएंगे। मगध क्षेत्र की मूर्तिकला, चित्रकला, पटना कलम, टिकुली पेंटिंग और बावनबूटी का लाइव डेमो भी होगा।

मगही हस्ताक्षरों की रहेगी मौजूदगी

इस आयोजन में मगही भाषा और साहित्य के क्षेत्र में देश और प्रदेश में कार्यरत प्रमुख हस्तियां शामिल होंगी। सभी गणमान्य लोग अपने अनुभव और विचार साझा करेंगे, जिससे मगही संस्कृति के प्रति लोगों का जुड़ाव और गहरा होगा।

इस महोत्सव के जरिए मगही भाषा को न केवल संरक्षित करने बल्कि इसे व्यापक स्तर पर प्रचारित करने का प्रयास किया जा रहा है। यह आयोजन मगही भाषा के माध्यम से मातृभाषा और संस्कृति के प्रति रुचि रखने वालों के लिए एक सुनहरा अवसर होगा। मगही भाषी लोगों से अपील की गई है कि वे इस महोत्सव में बढ़-चढ़कर हिस्सा लें और अपनी सांस्कृतिक विरासत का उत्सव मनाएं।

पीटीआई, नई दिल्ली। पेड़ों की अवैध कटाई एक शख्स को भारी पड़ गई। सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने उस पर काटे गए हर पेड़ के बदले 1 लाख रुपये का जुर्माना लगाया है। व्यक्ति ने अपनी गलती मान ली है। उसने शीर्ष अदालत से जुर्माना कम करने की मांग की। मगर अदालत ने इसे ठुकरा दिया। इस शख्स ने कुल 454 पेड़ काटे थे। मामले की सुनवाई के दौरान सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने कहा है कि बड़ी संख्या में पेड़ों को काटना इंसान की हत्या से भी बदतर कृत्य है।

दोबारा पेड़ तैयार करने में 100 साल लगेंगे

न्यायमूर्ति अभय एस ओका और न्यायमूर्ति उज्जल भुइयां की पीठ ने ताज संरक्षित क्षेत्र में 454 पेड़ों को काटने वाले शख्स की याचिका को खारिज कर दिया और मामले में सख्त टिप्पणी की। पीठ ने कहा कि पर्यावरण के मामले में कोई दया नहीं होनी चाहिए। बड़ी संख्या में पेड़ों को काटना किसी इंसान की हत्या से भी बदतर है। शीर्ष अदालत ने कहा कि बिना अनुमति के काटे गए 454 पेड़ों से बने हरित क्षेत्र को दोबारा बनाने में कम से कम 100 साल लगेंगे।

सीईसी ने की थी भारी जुर्माने की सिफारिश

शीर्ष अदालत ने केंद्रीय अधिकार प्राप्त समिति (CEC) की रिपोर्ट को भी स्वीकार कर लिया है। रिपोर्ट में मथुरा-वृंदावन स्थित डालमिया फार्म में 454 पेड़ काटने वाले शिव शंकर अग्रवाल पर प्रति पेड़ एक लाख रुपये का जुर्माना लगाने की सिफारिश की गई थी।

पौधारोपण की अनुमति दी जाए

वरिष्ठ अधिवक्ता मुकुल रोहतगी ने अग्रवाल का पक्ष रखा। उन्होंने कहा कि याची ने अपनी गलती स्वीकार कर ली है। मगर अदालत ने जुर्माना राशि कम करने से मना कर दिया। अदालत ने कहा कि अग्रवाल को पास के स्थल पर पौधारोपण करने की अनुमति दी जानी चाहिए। यह भी कहा कि उनके खिलाफ दायर अवमानना ​​याचिका का निपटारा अनुपालन के बाद ही किया जाएगा।

2019 का फैसला लिया वापस

सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने 2019 में पारित अपना आदेश भी वापस ले लिया। इसमें ताज ट्रेपेजियम जोन के भीतर गैर-वन और निजी भूमि पर पेड़ों को काटने के लिए पूर्व अनुमति लेने आवश्यकता को हटा दिया गया था।
