राज्य ब्यूराे, पटना। बिहार का विधानसभा बजट सत्र चल रहा है। इस दौरान सदन में पक्ष और विपक्ष एक दूसरे पर जमकर हमलावर हो रहे हैं।

श्रम संसाधन मंत्री संतोष कुमार सिंह विधानसभा में सोमवार काे अख्तरूल ईमान द्वारा लाए गए ध्यानाकर्षण में शब्दों पर उलझ गए। विधानसभा अध्यक्ष ने उन्हें कहा कि आप अपना उत्तर पढ़िए, तब वह अपने जवाब पर केंद्रित हुए।

दरअसल, अख्तरूल ईमान का प्रश्न बिहार से बाहर जाकर काम करने वाले मजदूरों से संबंधित था। उन्होंने इसे मजदूरों का बिहार से पलायन कहा था। उनके प्रश्न में एक जिक्र था कि अगर बिहारी मजदूर बाहर मरते हैं तो उनके लाश को लाने की क्या व्यवस्था है?

श्रम संसाधन मंत्री ने कहा कि बिहार के मजदूर अगर बाहर के राज्य में काम करने जाते हैं तो यह पलायन नहीं। उसका नाम-पता तो यहीं का है। देश के किसी राज्य में कोई भी काम कर सकता है। पलायन तो कश्मीरी पंडिताें का था। इसी तरह उन्होंने लाश शब्द पर आपत्ति की और कहा कि लाश नहीं, पार्थिव शरीर कहिए।

श्रम संसाधन मंत्री ने कहा कि बिहारी मजदूर अगर किसी दूसरे राज्य में किसी दुर्घटना में मरते हैं तो उनके पार्थिव शरीर को उनके घर तक पहुंचाने की व्यवस्था सरकार द्वारा की जाती है। दिल्ली स्थित बिहार भवन में राज्य सरकार ने इसके लिए अधिकारी तैनात कर रखे हैं।

पटना के नियोजन भवन और दिल्ली के बिहार भवन के लिए टोल फ्री नंबर काम करता है। वित्तीय वर्ष 2025-26 के बजट में इसके लिए 86 लाख रुपए की व्यवस्था की गयी है।
