डिजिटल डेस्क, नई दिल्ली। लोकसभा में नेता प्रतिपक्ष राहुल गांधी ने पीएम मोदी को पत्र लिखा है। कांग्रेस सांसद राहुल गांधी ने पीएम मोदी को पत्र लिखकर केरल, गुजरात और अंडामान एवं निकोबार द्वीप समूह के तटों पर अपतटीय खनन की अनुमति देने वाले टेंडरों को रद करन की मांग की है।

राहुल गांधी ने अपने पत्र के माध्यम से कहा कि ये टेंडर समुद्री जीवन के लिए खतरा है। उन्होंने कहा कि बिना किसी कठोर आकलन के निजी क्षेत्रों को टेंडर देना चिंताजनक हो सकता है। इससे तट पर रहने वाले और अपना पारंपरिक व्यवसाय करने वालों को परेशानियों का सामना करना पड़ सकता है।

राहुल गांधी ने पत्र में क्या लिखा?

लोकसभा में नेता प्रतिपक्ष राहुल गांधी ने पीएम मोदी को लिखे अपने पत्र में कहा कि मैं केरल, गजरात और अंडामान निकोबार के तटों पर अपतटीय खनन की अनुमति देने के केंद्र सरकार के फैसले की कड़ी निंदा करता हूं।

बता दें कि राहुल गांधी ने कहा कि वह उस तरीके का विरोध कर रहे हैं, जिसमें पर्यावरणीय प्रभाव का मूल्यांकन किए बिना अपतटीय खनन के लिए टेंडर जारी किए गए। राहुल गांधी ने लिखा कि लाखों मछुआरों ने अपनी आजीविका और जीवन शैली पर पड़ने वाले इसके प्रभाव के बारे में गंभीर चिंता व्यक्त की है।

रविवार को सार्वजनिक किए गए पत्र में लोकसभा के नेता पीएम मोदी को संबोधित करते हुए कहा कि मैं केरल, गुजरात और अंडामान निकोबार द्वीप समूह में अपतटीय खनन की अनुमति देने के केंद्र सरकार के फैसले की निंदा करता हूं। राहुल गांधी ने आगे कहा कि यह अपतटीय खनन लाखों मछुआरों की आजीविका को प्रभावित करेगा और हमारे विविध समुद्री जीवन को अपूरणीय क्षति पहुंचाएगा। उन्होंने कहा कि सरकार को अपने फैसले को तुरंत वापस लेना चाहिए।

'तटीय समुदाय के लोग कर रहे प्रदर्शन'

राहुल गांधी ने कहा कि खनन के लिए केंद्र सरकार ने परमिशन दे दी है। इसके विरोध में तटीय समुदाय के लोग प्रदर्शन कर रहे हैं। इसकी अनुमति बिना किसी पर्यावरणीय प्रभाव को ध्यान को रखते हुए दी गई है, जो काफी गलत है। राहुल गांधी ने अपने पत्र में लिखा है कि उन क्षेत्रों में रहने वाले मछुआरों ने अपनी आजीविका और जीवन शैली पर पड़ने वाले प्रभाव को लेकर चिंता व्यक्त की है।

ध्यान देने वाली बात है कि राहुल गांधी ने दावा किया कि केरल विश्वविद्यालय द्वारा किए गए एक सर्वे के अनुसार इस अपतटीय खनन से विशेष रूप से कोल्लम में मछलियों के प्रजनन पर विनाशकारी प्रभाव पड़ सकता है। वहीं, इसके अलावा केरल में करीब 11 लाख लोग मछली पकड़ने के व्यवसाय पर ही निर्भर हैं। यब उनका पारंपरिक व्यवसाय है।

'सरकार रद करे जारी किए सभी टेंडर'

राहुल गांधी ने अपने पत्र में लिखा कि इस खनन के कारण होने वाला कोई भी नुकसान हमें अपूरणीय क्षति पहुंचा सकता है। हमारे तटीय पारिस्थितिकी तंत्र के क्षरण ने चक्रवात जैसी प्राकृतिक आपदाओं के प्रभाव को और बढ़ा दिया है। जो चिंताजनक है। सरकार जानबूझकर ऐसी गतिविधियों को हरी झंडी दे रही है। राहुल ने कहा कि मैं केंद्र सरकार से आग्रह करता हूं कि अपतटीय खनन को ब्लॉक करने के लिए सभी प्रकार के टेंडरों को रद करने का काम करे।
