राज्य ब्यूरो, पटना। जाति आधारित गणना के बाद आरक्षण की निर्धारित सीमा को बढ़ाकर 65% करने और कोर्ट के आदेश पर इस पर रोक के बाद से प्रदेश में आरक्षण को लेकर विपक्ष सरकार पर हमलावर है।

विधानसभा से लेकर सार्वजनिक मंच से विपक्ष सरकार के खिलाफ है। सोमवार को विधानसभा परिसर में भी आरक्षण में कटौती को लेकर सरकार के खिलाफ विपक्ष ने प्रदर्शन किया।

2 दिन के अवकाश के बाद सोमवार को विधानसभा में एक बार फिर से सरकारी कामकाज प्रारंभ हो रहे हैं।

इससे पहले राष्ट्रीय जनता दल के नेताओं ने विधानसभा परिसर पोर्टिको में पोस्टर बैनर के साथ सरकार के खिलाफ प्रदर्शन किया।

विपक्ष के सदस्यों ने मांग उठाई की जिसकी जितनी हिस्सेदारी सत्ता में उसकी उतनी भागीदारी होनी चाहिए।

इसके साथ ही विपक्ष के नेताओं ने संशोधित आरक्षण की सीमा को लागू करने आउटसोर्स की नौकरियों में भी आरक्षण के प्रविधान करने की मांग भी की। विपक्ष के ये नेता मुख्यमंत्री खिलाफ भी नारे लगाते दिखे।

• इधर, दूसरी ओर वाम दल के नेताओं ने भी विधानसभा परिसर में प्रदर्शन किया और मांग की कि पड़ोसी राज्य झारखंड की तर्ज पर बिहार में भी लोगों को दो सौ यूनिट मुफ्त बिजली दी जाए।
• वाम सदस्यों ने अपने प्रदर्शन के दौरान महानंदा नदी पर बांध बनाने, सिकहरना बांध परियोजना पर तत्काल रोक लगाने और दलितों पिछडो पर हो रहे अत्याचारों के खिलाफ भी प्रदर्शन किया।

उधर, राजस्व एवं भूमि सुधार मंत्री संजय सरावगी ने कहा है कि अगले 10 वर्षों में बिहार का कोई आदमी रोजगार के लिए दूसरे राज्यों में नहीं जाएगा।

बिहार स्वयं रोजगार देने वाला राज्य बन रहा है। वे सोमवार को मुंबई में बिहार दिवस पर आयोजित समारोह को संबोधित कर रहे थे। इसका आयोजन बिहार फाउंडेशन महाराष्ट्र चैप्टर की ओर से किया गया था।

उन्होंने कहा कि बिहार ने 2005 से पहले के अराजकता के दौर से लेकर वर्तमान में विकास के पथ पर एक लंबा सफर तय किया है।

आज बिहार में 38 सरकारी इंजीनियरिंग कालेज और 38 पालिटेक्निक संस्थान हैं, जबकि 2005 से पहले यह संख्या क्रमशः तीन और 13 थी। राज्य में 21 सरकारी मेडिकल कालेज कार्यरत हैं। 23 निर्माणाधीन हैं।

बिहार का राजस्व एवं भूमि सुधार विभाग पूरी तरह से डिजिटल हो चुका है। महाराष्ट्र प्रवास के दौरान सरावगी ने मुंबई डाकयार्ड के समीप प्रस्तावित बिहार भवन के निर्माण स्थल का भ्रमण भी किया।

उन्होंने बताया कि बिहार सरकार द्वारा 150 करोड़ रुपये की लागत से लगभग एक एकड़ भूमि क्रय कर बिहार भवन के रूप में बहुमंजिली इमारत का निर्माण किया जा रहा है।

इसमें कैंसर मरीजों को रहने के लिए विशेष सुविधाएं उपलब्ध कराई जाएंगी। सरावगी का बिहार फाउंडेशन के अध्यक्ष कैसर खालिद (एडीजीपी महाराष्ट्र) सहित अन्य पदाधिकारियों ने स्वागत किया।
