राज्य ब्यूरो, पटना। महागठबंधन की समन्वय समिति सप्ताह भीतर पूर्ण आकार पा लेगी। उसके बाद इसकी बैठकों का क्रम शुरू होगा। उन बैठकों के साथ ही महागठबंधन की चुनावी रणनीति परवान चढ़ती जाएगी। मुद्दे लगभग तय हैं और घटक दल अपनी-अपनी पसंद की सीटें भी चिह्नित कर चुके हैं।

समीकरण व संभावना के आधार पर समन्वय समिति सीटों पर समझौते की बात आगे बढ़ाएगी। गुरुवार को प्रेस-वार्ता में महागठबंधन के नेताओं ने इसका संकेत दिया।

चुनावी मुद्दे तय

राज्य व केंद्र सरकार के विरुद्ध आरोपों की झड़ी लगाते हुए तेजस्वी यादव ने कहा कि महागठबंधन की बैठक के एजेंडे में वस्तुत: बिहार की चिंता रही। नौजवानों, महिलाओं, गरीबों के हित से जुड़े मुद्दों पर बात हुई। पलायन, बेरोजगारी, आरक्षण, भ्रष्टाचार, अपराध आदि हमारे मुद्दे हैं।

उन पर महागठबंधन एकमत है और जनता के बीच एकसुर में अपनी बात रखेगा। 2012 के बाद बिहार को स्थिर सरकार नहीं मिली। जनादेश के अपमान का आरोप लगाते हुए उन्होंने दावा किया कि अगली सरकार महागठबंधन की होगी।

बिहार की दुर्दशा के लिए तेजस्वी ने पीएम से मांगा जवाब

तेजस्वी ने कहा कि भाजपा मुद्दों पर बात नहीं करती। प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी और केंद्रीय गृह मंत्री अमित शाह बार-बार बिहार आ रहे। बिहार की दुर्दशा के लिए उन्हें उत्तर देना चाहिए। एकमात्र नीतीश कुमार दोषी नहीं। बिहार में अपराध व भ्रष्टाचार चरम पर है। क्या यही डबल इंजन है?

मोदी बताएं कि अपने शासन-काल में उन्होंने बिहार क्या दिया और गुजरात को क्या? पिछले 20 वर्षों में कोई सकारात्मक काम नहीं हुआ, जिससे बिहार आगे हो। प्रति व्यक्ति आय, निवेश, किसानों की आय, सभी मामलों में बिहार फिसड्डी है।

मुद्दों से इधर-उधर नहीं होने देंगे: अल्लावारू

अल्लावारू ने कहा कि महागठबंधन की चुनावी रणनीति जन-हित पर केंद्रित होगी। हम मुद्दों पर एकजुट होकर जाएंगे और मोदी-शाह को मुद्दों से इधर-उधर नहीं होने देंगे। उन मुद्दों का उल्लेख हम घोषणा-पत्र में भी करेंगे। बैठक में मतदाता सूची में धोखाधड़ी को नियंत्रित करने पर भी चर्चा हुई।

बिना पैसे के नहीं हो सकता प्रदेश में कई काम : मुकेश सहनी

विकासशील इन्सान पार्टी (वीआइपी) के संस्थापक मुकेश सहनी ने कहा कि बिहार में कोई भी काम बिना पैसे के नहीं हो सकता। चुनौती देते हुए कहा कि वे (एनडीए) 20 वर्ष पहले की बात करते हैं, अभी की नहीं।

आइए, खुले मंच पर चर्चा कर लेते हैं। अगर पुरस्कृत किया जाए तो सारे गलत कामों का मेडल भाजपा को मिलेगा। वीआइपी तेवर और डिलीवर में पीछे नहीं रहने वाली।

नीतीश सरकार में रहते हुए उत्तर प्रदेश सरकार का विरोध कर मैं इसकी अनुभूति करा चुका हूं। अब लालू प्रसाद की विचारधारा वाली सरकार बनाना है। माले के प्रदेश सचिव कुणाल ने कहा कि भाजपा पर्दे के पीछे से सरकार चला रही।

बिहार की स्थिति बेहद दयनीय है। माकपा के प्रदेश सचिव ललन चौधरी और भाकपा के प्रदेश सचिव रामनरेश पांडेय ने बिहार में बदलाव का संकल्प जताते हुए महागठबंधन को एकजुट बताया।

बैठक में सहभागी

राजद से पूर्व उप मुख्यमंत्री तेजस्वी यादव, पूर्व मंत्री अब्दुल बारी सिद्दीकी व आलोक मेहता, प्रदेश प्रधान महासचिव रणविजय साहू व सांसद संजय यादव। कांग्रेस से कृष्णा अल्लावरू, प्रदेश अध्यक्ष राजेश कुमार, विधायक दल के नेता डा. शकील अहमद खान व मदन मोहन झा।

माले के प्रदेश सचिव कुणाल व धीरेंद्र झा। भाकपा से रामनरेश पांडेय, नागेंद्र ओझा। माकपा से ललन चौधरी, विधायक दल के नेता अजय कुमार। विकासशील इन्सान पार्टी से संस्थापक मुकेश सहनी, बाल गोविंद बिंद, पप्पू चौहान।

पारस को आमंत्रण नहीं

रालोजपा अध्यक्ष पशुपति पारस के भी बैठक में उपस्थित होने की चर्चा थी, लेकिन महागठबंधन ने उन्हें आमंत्रित नहीं किया। अंदरुनी सूत्र बता रहे कि अब कोई भी नया दल समन्वय समिति के निर्णय से ही महागठबंधन का घटक बनेगा।

समन्वय समिति की सहमति के बगैर अगर रालोजपा को राजद सहयोगी बनाना चाहता है तो उसे अपने हिस्से से ही बंटवारा करना होगा। ऐसे में पारस का मामला अभी भंवर में प्रतीत होता है।
