राज्य ब्यूरो, पटना। बिहार पुलिस में जल्द ही अलग से ड्रोन पुलिस यूनिट की स्थापना की जाएगी। इसमें अपराधियों के विरुद्ध छापेमारी से लेकर शराब और बालू की तस्करी रोकने के लिए की जाने वाली रेकी में ड्रोन की मदद ली जाएगी।

इसके अलावा ट्रैफिक नियंत्रण में भी ड्रोन यूनिट मदद करेगी। इसकी नोडल एजेंसी विशेष कार्य बल (एसटीएफ) होगी।

विभागीय जानकारी के अनुसार, ड्रोन यूनिट बनाने की दिशा में काम भी शुरू हो गया है। बिहार पुलिस ने तमिलनाडु पुलिस, उत्तराखंड पुलिस और वायुसेना की भी मदद ली है।

पुलिसकर्मियों और पदाधिकारियों को दिया जाएगा प्रशिक्षण

ड्रोन पुलिस यूनिट में शामिल पुलिसकर्मियों और पदाधिकारियों को इसके संचालन का प्रशिक्षण भी दिया जाएगा। वजन के अनुसार अलग-अलग ड्रोन उड़ाने के लिए ड्रोन पायलट लाइसेंस भी प्राप्त किया जाएगा।

इसमें 250 ग्राम से कम का नैनो ड्रोन, 2 से 25 किग्रा तक माइक्रो ड्रोन, 25 से 150 किग्रा तक मध्यम ड्रोन और 150 किग्रा से अधिक वजन के बड़े ड्रोन शामिल हैं।

वर्तमान में दियारा में अवैध शराब निर्माण और बालू के अवैध खनन को रोकने के लिए ड्रोन का इस्तेमाल हो रहा है। इस बार होली के मौके पर मद्य निषेध, उत्पाद एवं निबंधन विभाग ने शहरी क्षेत्र के होटल-रेस्तरां और ढाबे की रेकी में भी ड्रोन का इस्तेमाल किया था।

बड़े सरकारी कार्यक्रमों और आयोजनों में ड्रोन की मदद ली जा रही है। यूनिट बनने से एक निश्चित एसओपी के तहत इसकी सेवा ली जा सकेगी।

अश्लील गानों के खिलाफ बिहार पुलिस की मुहिम को मिला कलाकारों का साथ

वहीं, दूसरी ओर भोजपुरी गानों में अश्लीलता के खिलाफ बिहार पुलिस की ओर से शुरू की गई पहल को कलाकारों का भी साथ मिलने लगा है।

अश्लील गाने बजाए जाने पर प्राथमिकी दर्ज कराने के आदेश के बाद कई गायक-अभिनेताओं ने भी इस कार्रवाई का समर्थन किया है।

बिहार से जुड़ी गायिका प्रिया मलिक ने वीडियो पोस्ट करते हुए लिखा है कि जननी मां सीता की धरती पर स्त्रियों की मान-मर्यादा और सम्मान को अश्लील गीत-संगीत आघात पहुंचाते हैं।

यू-ट्यूब पर फूहड़ कंटेंट, अश्लील नृत्य और फूहड़ वार्तालाप से मंच सजाने वाले मूर्ख आयोजक पर कार्रवाई होनी चाहिए। मैं अभिनंदन करना चाहती हूं बिहार पुलिस का, जिन्होंने हमारी इस आवाज को हौसला देते हुए जबरदस्त पहल की है। जय बिहार।

लोगों से इस मुहिम में जुड़ने की अपील

आमदनी अठन्नी खर्चा रुपैया जैसी फिल्मों के अभिनेता विनय आनंद ने बिहार पुलिस की मुहिम की सराहना करते हुए कहा कि यह बहुत अच्छी मुहिम है, आपलोग भी इस मुहिम से जुड़कर अच्छे समाज के निर्माण में अपना योगदान दें।

टीवी और भोजपुर फिल्म अभिनेत्री रीना रानी ने कहा कि ऐसे गानों को बजाने वालों के खिलाफ बिहार पुलिस का अभियान वाकई तारीफ के काबिल है। मेरी आप सबसे अपील है कि बिहार पुलिस के इस मिशन में आप भी सहयोगी बनें। न ऐसे गाने बजाएं और न ही किसी को बजाने दें।

द माउंटेनमैन, करियट्ठी जैसी फिल्मों की अभिनेत्री स्नेहा पल्लवी ने भी बिहार के लोगों से अपील की है कि वे बिहार पुलिस के इस मिशन में साथ आएं।

The government has withdrawn the 20% duty on onion export, effective from April 1, 2025 thus removing all the restrictions on the export of this kitchen staple after 1.5 years. Starting from October 2023, the government had taken measures to check export by means of duty, minimum export price (MEP) and even to the extent of export prohibition for almost five months, from December 8, 2023 till May 3, 2024. The export duty of 20% which now stands removed has been in place from September 13, 2024. “The emerging production and prices scenario came as welcome breather for the country which had to grapple with the twin issues of lower domestic production and high international prices from August, 2023,” said the Ministry of Consumer Affairs in a release. The onion farmers from Maharashtra had been agitating since a month demanding the removal of the 20% export duty. Maharashtra chief minister Devendra Fadanvis had written a letter to the central government with a request to remove the duty. “The delay in the removal of the export duty has caused enormous losses for farmers due to suppressed prices. The government may have to give incentives for exports in the coming months are rising arrivals May drive the prices downwards,” said Bharat Dighole, president, Maharashtra Onion Growers’ Association. “Despite export restrictions, the total onion export during FY 2023-24 was 17.17 lakh tonnes and FY 2024-25 (till 18th March) was 11.65 lakh tonnes,” the release said. According the Ministry of Consumer Affairs, even though, the current mandi prices are above the level during corresponding period of previous years, a decline of 39% is observed in the all-India weighted average modal prices. The all-India average retail prices recorded a decline of 10% over the past one month.The Ministry has said that the arrivals at the benchmark markets of Lasalgoan and Pimpalgaon in Nashik have increased this month which has been driving the prices downward. The modal prices in Lasalgaon and Pimpalgoan on March 21, 2025 were Rs.1330/qtl and Rs.1325/qtl, respectively.“The rabi production this year at 227 lakh metric tonnes (LMT) is over 18% higher than 192 LMT last year. The estimated higher production this season is expected to further ease the market prices in coming months,” the release added.

राज्य ब्यूरो, पटना। मुख्यमंत्री नीतीश कुमार ने शनिवार को बख्तियारपुर से मोकामा के बीच बने ग्रीनफील्ड फोरलेन सड़क के हिस्से के रूप में बने बख्तियारपुर आरओबी के एक लेन का उद्घाटन किया।

इस आरओबी पर पहली गाड़ी मुख्यमंत्री की गुजरी। आरओबी को मोकामा के औंटा से सिमरिया के बीच लगभग बन चुके नए पुल की संपर्कता उपलब्ध करायी गयी है।

मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि इस आरओबी के आरंभ हो जाने से अब बख्तियारपुर से मोकामा आने-जाने वाले लोगों को काफी सहूलियत होगी। पटना से उत्तर बिहार जाने-आने वाले लोगों का आवागमन सुगम होगा।

समय की भी बचत होगी। इसके बाद मुख्यमंत्री निर्माणाधीन बख्तियारपुर-ताजपुर पुल का निरीक्षण करने पहुंचे और इस काम को जल्दी से पूरा किए जाने का निर्देश दिया।

मुख्यमंत्री ने शनिवार को कई आधारभूत संरचना प्रोजेक्ट का भी निरीक्षण किया। उन्होंने एमएलए व एमएलसी आवासीय परिसर का भी निरीक्षण किया।

इस दौरान भवन निर्माण विभाग के सचिव कुमार रवि ने उन्हें जानकारी दी कि विधान पार्षदों के लिए बनाए गए 75 फ्लैट उन्हें आवंटित कर दिए गए हैं।

एमएलए के लिए 246 फ्लैट बनाए जा रहे जिनमें विधायकों को 88 फ्लैट आवंटित हो गए हैं। बचे हुए 188 फ्लैटों का निर्माण इसी महीने पूरा कर लिया जाएगा। मुख्यमंत्री को परिसर में कैंटिन, कम्यूनिटी हाल व गेस्ट हाउस के निर्माण के बारे में भी जानकारी दी गयी।

निरीक्षण के दौरान मु्ख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि परिसर के अंदर के रास्ते को ठीक रखें, साफ-सफाई की व्यवस्था रहे। परिसर में पौघरोपण का भी उन्होंने निर्देश दिया।

मीठापुर-महुली पथ का भी सीएम ने किया निरीक्षण

• मुख्यमंत्री ने निर्माणाधीन मीठापुर-महुली पथ का भी निरीक्षण किया। इस दौरान बिहार राज्य पथ विकास निगम के एमडी शीर्षत कपिल अशोक ने मुख्यमंत्री को यह जानकारी दी कि अप्रैल तक इस पथ का निर्माण कार्य पूरा कर लिया जाएगा।
• मुख्यमंत्री ने अधिकारियों को यह निर्देश दिया कि एलिवेटेड सड़क तथा मीठापुर पुल के बचे हुए काम का निर्माण तेजी से पूरा कराएं। इससे लोगों को बाईपास के जाम से मुक्ति मिलेगी।

सीएम ने दिया यह निर्देश

उन्होंने कहा कि पुनपुन घाट तक जाने के लिए एलिवेटेड सड़क का निर्माण कार्य तेजी से कराएं। इस क्षेत्र से उनका पुराना लगाव रहा है। इस क्षेत्र के लोगाें के प्रतिनिधित्व का उन्हें मौका मिला है। मौके पर उपस्थित लोगों का उन्होंने हाल-चाल भी पूछा।

निरीक्षण के दौरान भवन निर्माण मंत्री जयंत राज, मुख्यमंत्री के प्रधान सचिव दीपक कुमार, पथ निर्माण विभाग के अपर मुख्य सचिव मिहिर कुमार सिंह व मुख्यमंत्री के विशेष कार्य पदाधिकारी गोपाल सिंह भी मौजूद थे।मुख्यमंत्री ने पटना-गया पुराने पथ के चौड़ीकरण कार्य का भी जायजा लिया।

राज्य ब्यूरो, पटना। केंद्रीय प्रतिनियुक्ति से लौटने के बाद चर्चित आईपीएस अधिकारी नैय्यर हसनैन खान और परेश सक्सेना को गृह विभाग ने पोस्टिंग दे दी है।

नैय्यर हसनैन खान को फिर से आर्थिक अपराध इकाई (ईओयू) का अपर पुलिस महानिदेशक (एडीजी) बनाया गया है। वह पिछले साल सितंबर में केंद्रीय प्रतिनियुक्ति पर जाने से पूर्व भी ईओयू के एडीजी के रूप में सेवा दे रहे थे।

इसके अलावा केंद्रीय प्रतिनियुक्ति से लौटे 1994 बैच के आईपीएस अधिकारी परेश सक्सेना को असैनिक सुरक्षा के एडीजी सह अपर आयुक्त की जिम्मेदारी दी गई है। वह असैनिक सुरक्षा के महानिदेशक सह आयुक्त के अतिरिक्त प्रभार में रहेंगे।

बिहार पुलिस में एडीजी के पद पर अमित लोढ़ा को पदोन्नति

वहीं, हाल ही में आईजी से एडीजी में प्रोन्नति पाए अमित लोढ़ा को राज्य अपराध अभिलेख ब्यूरो (एससीआरबी) का एडीजी बनाया गया है। वह एससीआरबी में ही आईजी के पद पर थे। गृह विभाग ने शनिवार को इससे जुड़ी अधिसूचना जारी कर दी है।

नए पदस्थापन के बाद दो वरीय आईपीएस अधिकारी अतिरिक्त प्रभार से मुक्त हो गए हैं। निगरानी के डीजी जितेंद्र सिंह गंगवार के पास असैनिक सुरक्षा जबकि विशेष शाखाोक एडीजी सुनील कुमार के पास ईओयू की जिम्मेदारी अतिरिक्त प्रभार में थी।

राज्यपाल से भारतीय प्रशासनिक सेवा के प्रशिक्षु पदाधिकारियों ने की मुलाकात

वहीं, दूसरी ओर राज्यपाल आरिफ मोहम्मद खां से वर्ष 2023 बैच के भारतीय प्रशासनिक सेवा के बिहार संवर्ग के प्रशिक्षु पदाधिकारियों ने राजभवन आकर मुलाकात की।

इस अवसर पर राज्यपाल ने अधिकारियों से कहा कि वे अपने काम से प्रेम करें तथा आम जनता से मधुर और सम्मानजनक व्यवहार करें।

उन्होंने उन्हें सूचना का अधिकार अधिनियम के तहत मांगी जाने वाली सूचनाओं से असहज नहीं होने की सलाह देते हुए कहा कि जनता जागरूक हो रही है और यह लोकतंत्र के लिए अच्छा है

राज्यपाल ने कहा कि बिहार देश की धार्मिक, सांस्कृतिक और बौद्धिक राजधानी रही है। यहां के लोग काफी मेधावी और परिश्रमी हैं तथा देश के आर्थिक और प्रशासनिक व्यवस्था में उनका महत्वपूर्ण योगदान है।

उन्होंने केरल की अनेक विशेषताओं का भी उल्लेख किया, जहां वे बिहार से पहले राज्यपाल थे। प्रशिक्षु पदाधिकारियों ने भी जिला एवं प्रखंड में प्रशिक्षण के दौरान प्राप्त अपने अनुभवों को राज्यपाल के साथ साझा किया।

प्रशिक्षु पदाधिकारियों में गरिमा लोहिया, तुषार कुमार, अनिरूद्ध पाण्डेय, कृतिका मिश्रा, आकांक्षा आनंद, प्रद्युम्न सिंह यादव, अंजली शर्मा, रोहित कर्दम, शिप्रा विजयकुमार चौधरी एवं नेहा कुमारी शामिल थीं।

इस अवसर पर राज्यपाल के प्रधान सचिव राबर्ट एल. चोंग्थू एवं बिपार्ड के अपर महानिदेशक विनोद सिंह गुंजियाल और अन्य लोग उपस्थित थे।
