जागरण संवाददाता, पटना। बिहार स्वास्थ्य सेवा संघ (BHSA) के चिकित्सक अपनी लंबित मांगें पूरी कराने व जिलाधिकारियों के व्यवहार के विरोध में गुरुवार से शनिवार तक हड़ताल पर रहेंगे। इस दौरान सिविल सर्जन के अधीन व जिन अस्पतालों में संघ के डाक्टर कार्यरत हैं, उनकी ओपीडी सेवा बंद कराने की चेतावनी दी है।

3 दिन की हड़ताल के बाद फैसला लेंगे डॉक्टर

• प्रवक्ता डॉ. विनय कुमार ने बताया कि स्वास्थ्य मंत्री, विभाग के अपर मुख्य सचिव, जिलाधिकारियों व सिविल सर्जन को पत्र के माध्यम से मंगलवार को ही इसकी सूचना दे दी गई है।
• यदि तीन दिन के कार्य बहिष्कार के बाद भी सरकार उनकी मांगों पर सकारात्मक पहल नहीं करती है तो चिकित्सक और भी सख्त कदम उठाने को बाध्य होंगे।

बायोमेट्रिक उपस्थिति के आधार पर रोका गया डॉक्टरों का वेतन

भासा ने पत्र में कहा है कि शिवहर, गोपालगंज और मधुबनी जिलों के डीएम ने बायोमेट्रिक उपस्थिति के आधार पर डॉक्टरों का वेतन रोक दिया है। कई माह से डॉक्टरों को इस प्रकार प्रताड़ित करने के साथ उनसे अमर्यादित व्यवहार किया जा रहा है।

डॉक्टरों की प्रमुख मांगे

इसके विरोध में शिवहर के डॉक्टरों का ओपीडी बहिष्कार जारी है। वहीं डाक्टरों की सुरक्षा, आवास, पर्याप्त मानव बल, गृह जिलों में पोस्टिंग, कार्यावधि निर्धारण, इमरजेंसी में सातों दिन 24 घंटे कार्य करने वाले डॉक्टरों की बायोमेट्रिक उपस्थिति की बाबत निर्देश जारी करने जैसी तमाम मांगें लंबे समय से लंबित हैं।

मरीजों की बढ़ी परेशानी

डॉक्टरों की हड़ताल की वजह से मरीजों की परेशानी बढ़ गई है। इलाज के अस्पताल पहुंच रहे मरीजों को वापस लौटना पड़ रहा है। तीन दिन तक डॉक्टरों की हड़ताल रहने से मरीजों की मुश्किल बढ़ गई है।

गोपालगंज में डॉक्टरों ने सेवा देने से किया इनकार

गोपालगंज में भी डॉक्टरों की हड़ताल का असर देखने को मिला। चिकित्सकों ने बायोमीट्रिक से हाजिरी बनाने का विरोध किया। इस दौरान सदर अस्पताल के ओपीडी की सेवा ठप रही, जिससे मरीजों को काफी परेशानी हुई। चिकित्सकों ने तीन दिनों तक ओपीडी में सेवा देने से इनकार कर दिया।

बगहा: चिकित्सकों से दुर्व्यवहार के विरोध में ओपीडी बंद

बिहार चिकित्सा संघ भाषा ने जिला पदाधिकारी शिवहर के चिकित्सकों से दुर्व्यवहार के विरोध में अनुमंडलीय अस्पताल समेत पीएचसी अस्पतालों में तीन दिनों तक ओपीडी सेवा का बहिष्कार किया है।

इस दौरान सिर्फ इमरजेंसी सेवा चालू रहेंगी। ओपीडी बंद रहने से दूर दराज ग्रामीण क्षेत्र से इलाज के पहुंचे मरीजों को वापस लौटना पड़ रहा है।

गया : खाद्य निगम गोदामों के श्रमिक अनिश्चितकालीन हड़ताल पर

एक ओर जहां डॉक्टरों ने तीन दिवसीय हड़ताल का एलान किया है। वहीं, दूसरी ओर गया स्थित बिहार राज्य खाद्य निगम के गोदामों में कार्यरत गोदाम श्रमिकों द्वारा बुधवार से विभिन्न मांगों को लेकर अनिश्चितकालीन हड़ताल शुरू की गई है।

श्रमिकों को संबोधित करते हुए गया जिला इंटक अध्यक्ष अजय कुमार सिंह ने कहा कि अभिकर्ता द्धारा श्रमिक को चार रुपए 55 पैसा दिया जाता है,जबकि 11.64 रू प्रति बोरी सरकार द्वारा निधार्रित है। श्रम संसाधन विभाग की अधिसूचना संख्या 1698 दिनांक 31 मार्च 2023 भी लागू नहीं किया गया है।

सभी श्रमिकों को ईपीएफईएस आई सुविधा का भी लाभ नहीं मिलता है, जबकि गया जिले छोड़कर बिहार के सभी जिलों में सारी सुविधाएं मिलती हैं। गया जिले के सभी गोदाम बुधवार से अनिश्चितकालीन हड़ताल को लेकर बंद हैं।
