जागरण संवाददाता, पटना। Bihar News: बिहार दूसरी बार महिला कबड्डी विश्वकप की मेजबानी करेगा। राजगीर खेल परिसर में एक से 13 जून तक चैंपियनशिप का आयोजन किया जाएगा। प्रतियोगिता में 14 देशों की खिलाड़ी भाग लेंगी।

इसमें भारत, चीन, जापान, साउथ कोरिया, नेपाल, पाकिस्तान (संशय), ईरान, पालैंड, अर्जेंटीना, इंडोनेशिया दो दक्षिण अफ्रीकी देशों के शामिल होने की संभावना है। इस संबंध में गुरुवार को इंटरनेशनल कबड्डी फेडरेशन (आइकेएफ) के अध्यक्ष विनोद कुमार तिवारी ने पत्र जारी किया।

चैंपियनशिप में 75 किलो भार या उससे कम की महिला भाग लेंगी

आइकेएफ की ओर से जारी पत्र के अनुसार चैंपियनशिप में 75 किलोग्राम भार वर्ग या उससे कम की महिला खिलाड़ी भाग लेंगी। एक टीम से 14 खिलाड़ी, दो कोच, एक मैनेजर और एक इंटरनेशनल तकनीकी पदाधिकारियों सहित कुल 18 सदस्यों को आइकेएफ भोजन, आवासन एवं परिवहन की सुविधा देगा।

सभी मैच राजगीर के इनडोर हाल में मैट पर खेले जाएंगे। प्रतियोगिता में शामिल होने के लिए विभिन्न देशों को 31 मार्च तक इमेल के माध्यम से प्रविष्टी करा लेनी होगी। सभी टीमों को मैच शुरू होने से 15 मिनट पहले कॉल रूम में रिपोर्ट करनी होगी।

इसके पहले इसी वर्ष जनवरी में आयोजन को लेकर एशियन कबड्डी फेडरेशन के प्रेसिडेंट डा. अब्बास खाजेस अवारसे और इंटरनेशनल कबड्डी फेडरेशन के डायरेक्टर तेजस्वी गहलोत ने पाटलिपुत्र खेल परिसर में बिहार राज्य खेल प्राधिकरण के महानिदेशक रवींद्रण शंकरण से मुलाकात की थी।

इससे पहले पटना में महिला कबड्डी का आयोजन किया गया था

बता दें कि अबतक एक ही बार महिला कबड्डी विश्वकप का आयोजन किया गया है। यह दूसरा अवसर होगा जब बिहार महिला विश्वकप कबड्डी चैंपियनशिप की मेजबानी करेगा। वर्ष 2012 में पटना के पाटलिपुत्र खेल परिसर में प्रतियोगिता का आयोजन किया गया था।

Interestingly, while both high-quality (Q1) and low-quality (Q5) stocks experienced similar drawdowns—Q1 at -20.30% and Q5 at -19.70%—the crucial difference lay in their recovery times. 118780515Q1 stocks, backed by strong fundamentals, rebounded in just 148 days, while Q5 stocks, being more volatile and fundamentally weaker, took a staggering 958 days to recover. The stark contrast in recovery time highlights why quality investing matters. High-quality stocks may undergo sharp corrections, but their resilience allows them to recover swiftly, minimizing long-term risk and enhancing portfolio stability.This trend reinforces the importance of selecting stocks with robust fundamentals. Investors who prioritize quality can navigate market downturns more effectively, ensuring stronger long-term performance with reduced exposure to prolonged downturns.ConclusionBased on our study, Q1 stocks (high-quality stocks) have delivered significantly higher returns compared to Q5 (low-quality stocks). We also observed that Q1 stocks experienced lower drawdowns and recovered faster than lower-quality stocks. For investors looking to optimize their portfolio performance, quality stocks offer substantial benefits. By focusing on companies with strong fundamentals and consistent performance, investors can potentially maximize returns while mitigating risk. राज्य ब्यूरो, पटना। Patna News: राज्य सरकार ने विश्व बैंक से पूर्णिया सहित कोसी प्रमंडल के जिलों के विकास के लिए नई परियोजना बनाने का आग्रह किया है। यह आग्रह गुरुवार को विश्व बैंक की टीम के साथ हुई बैठक में योजना व विकास मंत्री बिजेंद्र प्रसाद यादव ने की।

बैठक में तय हुआ कि बिहार कोसी बेसिन विकास परियोजना से जुड़े सारे काम 27 मार्च तक पूरे कर लिए जाएंगे। उल्लेखनीय है कि इस परियोजना को विश्व बैंक की आर्थिक सहायता मिली हुई है।

बाढ़ प्रभावित 5 शहरों को मिलेगी मदद

कोसी बेसिन विकास परियोजना की निगरानी के लिए विश्व बैंक के अधिकारियों की टीम बिहार के चार दिवसीय दौरे पर है। इस टीम ने दौरे के पहले दिन मंत्री को परियोजना से संबंधित अद्यतन स्थिति की जानकारी भी दी। बाढ़ प्रभावित सुपौल, सहरसा, मधेपुरा, पूर्णिया और अररिया में इस परियोजना के अंतर्गत काम हो रहे। अब तक 59 पुलों और 117 सड़कों का निर्माण हो चुका है।

परियोजना के लिए 1975 करोड़ की राशि आवंटित

साथ ही पूर्वी कोसी तटबंध के प्रारंभ के 28.20 किलोमीटर और 78वें किलोमीटर से 84वें किलोमीटर तक का सुदृढ़ीकरण कार्य हुआ है। परियोजना के लिए 1975 करोड़ की राशि आवंटित है। उसमें से फरवरी, 2025 तक 1831 करोड़ रुपये खर्च हो चुके हैं।

वीरपुर में स्थापित किया गया भौतिक प्रतिमान संस्थान (पीएमसी) सेंटर आफ एक्सीलेंस है। यह पूर्वी भारत का पहला और देश का दूसरा संस्थान है, जहां नदियों के भौतिक माडल पर जल प्रवाह के आधार के हिसाब से संवेदनशील स्थलों की पहचान हो सकेगी।

बैठक में विश्व बैंक के वरीय जल संसाधन प्रबंधन विशेषज्ञ सत्यप्रिय, जलवायु परिवर्तन विशेषज्ञ मेहुल जैन, वरीय आपदा जोखिम प्रबंधन विशेषज्ञ दीपक सिंह के अलावा बापेप्स के परियोजना उप निदेशक सूर्यदेव पांडेय, आपदा प्रबंधन विशेषज्ञ राज वर्मा और कृषि विशेषज्ञ सुधांशु कुमार सम्मिलित रहे।

कोसी प्रमंडल के जिले

• सहरसा: कोसी प्रमंडल का मुख्यालय और एक महत्वपूर्ण शहर।
• मधेपुरा: एक ऐतिहासिक शहर और मधेपुरा जिले का मुख्यालय।
• सुपौल: एक महत्वपूर्ण शहर और सुपौल जिले का मुख्यालय।
• अररिया: एक महत्वपूर्ण शहर और अररिया जिले का मुख्यालय।
• किशनगंज: एक महत्वपूर्ण शहर और किशनगंज जिले का मुख्यालय।
• पूर्णिया: एक महत्वपूर्ण शहर और पूर्णिया जिले का मुख्यालय।
• कटिहार: एक महत्वपूर्ण शहर और कटिहार जिले का मुख्यालय।
