डिजिटल डेस्क, नई दिल्ली। मद्रास हाईकोर्ट ने वरिष्ठ नागरिक की देखभाल को लेकर फैसला सुनाया है। हाईकोर्ट ने कहा, वरिष्ठ नागरिक अपने बच्चों या करीबी रिश्तेदार को गिफ्ट में दी गई संपत्ति रद कर सकते हैं। यदि वो उनकी देखभाल करने में असफल रहते हैं।

न्यायमूर्ति एस एम सुब्रमण्यम और के राजशेखर की खंडपीठ ने दिवंगत एस नागलक्ष्मी की पुत्रवधू एस माला द्वारा दायर अपील को खारिज कर दिया। नागलक्ष्मी ने अपने बेटे केशवन के पक्ष में एक समझौता विलेख किया था, इस उम्मीद के साथ कि वह और उसकी बहू उसके जीवन भर उसकी देखभाल करेंगे। लेकिन वह उसकी देखभाल करने में विफल रहा।

उसके बेटे की मृत्यु के बाद उसकी बहू ने भी उसके साथ बुरा व्यवहार किया। इसलिए, उसने आरडीओ, नागपट्टिनम से संपर्क किया।

बेटे के भविष्य के लिए लिया था फैसला

बयान दर्ज करने के बाद उसने प्यार और स्नेह से अपने बेटे के भविष्य के लिए विलेख लिखा था और माला के बयानों पर विचार करने के बाद, आरडीओ ने समझौता विलेख को रद्द कर दिया। इसे चुनौती देते हुए, माला ने एक याचिका दायर की और इसे खारिज कर दिया गया। माला ने फिर से याचिका दायर की।

क्या बोला कोर्ट?

पीठ ने कहा कि माता-पिता और वरिष्ठ नागरिकों के भरण-पोषण और कल्याण अधिनियम, 2007 की धारा 23(1) वरिष्ठ नागरिकों को ऐसी परिस्थितियों में सुरक्षा प्रदान करने के लिए बनाई गई है, जहां वे अपनी संपत्ति को उपहार या समझौते के माध्यम से इस उम्मीद के साथ सेटल करते हैं कि व्यक्ति उनकी बुनियादी सुविधाओं का प्रावधान करेगा।

• पीठ ने कहा कि यदि व्यक्ति इन दायित्वों को पूरा करने में विफल रहता है, तो वरिष्ठ नागरिक के पास इसे रद करने के लिए न्यायाधिकरण से घोषणा प्राप्त करने का विकल्प होता है।
• अदालत ने आगे कहा कि वरिष्ठ नागरिक अधिनियम के तहत आरडीओ के समक्ष वर्तमान मामले में स्थापित तथ्यों से पता चलता है कि संबंधित समय में बुजुर्ग महिला की उम्र 87 साल थी और उनकी बहू की तरफ से उनकी पूरी तरह उपेक्षा की जा रही थी।

डिजिटल डेस्क, नई दिल्ली। अंतरिक्ष यात्री सुनीता विलियम्स और बुच विलमोर अन्य दो अंतरिक्ष यात्रियों के साथ आज (19 मार्च) धरती पर वापस लौट आए। 9 महीने और 14 दिन बिताने के बाद  सुनीता विलियम्स और बुच विलमोर धरती पर वापस लौटे।

सुनीता विलियम्स की सफल धरती पर वापसी के बाद प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी ने खुशी जाहिर करते हुए सोशल मीडिया पर एक खूबसूरत पोस्ट लिखा।

उन्होंने लिखा,"आपका स्वागत है, Crew9 ! धरती ने आपको याद किया। स्पेस स्टेशन में सुनीता विलियम्स के अनुभव धैर्य, साहस और असीम मानवीय भावना की परीक्षा रहा है। सुनीता विलियम्स और Crew 9 मिशन में शामिल अंतरिक्ष यात्रियों ने एक बार फिर हमें दिखाया है कि दृढ़ता का सही अर्थ क्या है। यह घटना हमेशा लाखों लोगों को प्रेरित करेगा।"

पीएम मोदी ने आगे लिखा,"अंतरिक्ष अन्वेषण का मतलब है मानवीय क्षमता की सीमाओं को आगे बढ़ाना, सपने देखने का साहस करना और उन सपनों को हकीकत में बदलने का साहस करना। सुनीता विलियम्स, एक पथप्रदर्शक और एक आइकन, उन्होंने अपने पूरे करियर में इस भावना का उदाहरण दिया है। हम उन सभी पर अविश्वसनीय रूप से गर्व करते हैं, जिन्होंने उनकी सुरक्षित वापसी सुनिश्चित करने के लिए अथक परिश्रम किया। उन्होंने दिखाया है कि जब परफेक्शन और जुनून मिलकर काम  करती है और तकनीक और दृढ़ता का संगम होता है तो क्या होता है।"

NASA ने किया चारों अंतरिक्ष यात्रियों को स्वागत

अंतरिक्ष यात्री निक हेग, बुच विल्मोर, सुनीता विलियम्स, और रोस्कोस्मोस अंतरिक्ष यात्री अलेक्जेंडर गोरबुनोव को धरती पर वापस लाने वाला कैप्सूल  फ्लोरिडा के तट पर उतरा। समुद्र में उतरने के बाद स्पेसक्राफ्ट में बैठे चारों यात्रियों का नासा ने स्वागत किया। अंतरिक्ष यात्रियों का स्वागत नियंत्रण केंद्र से इस संदेश के साथ किया गया, "निक, एलेक, बुच, सुनी - स्पेसएक्स की ओर से घर में आपका स्वागत है।" कमांडर निक हेग ने जवाब दिया, "क्या शानदार यात्रा रही।"

जो वादा किया था,वो निभाया: ट्रंप

सुनीता विलियम्स की धरती पर वापसी के बाद अमेरिकी राष्ट्रपति डोनाल्ड ट्रंप ने भी प्रतिक्रिया दी।  ट्रंप ने कहा, जो वादा किया था,वो निभाया गया। आज वे सुरक्षित रूप से 'गल्प ऑफ अमेरिका' में लौट आए, इसके लिए एलन मस्क, स्पेसएक्स और नासा का धन्यवाद!

वहीं, इस सफल मिशन के बाद एलन मस्क ने कहा,"स्पेसएक्स और नासा की टीमों को एक और सुरक्षित अंतरिक्ष यात्री वापसी के लिए बधाई! इस मिशन को प्राथमिकता देने के लिए डोनाल्ड ट्रंप को धन्यवाद!"

Media will likely end up as the worst performing sector in FY25, followed by energy, PSU banks and realty, each falling in double digits while defence, financial services and healthcare could end up as the winners with gains in two digits.Nifty Media has fallen by 20% on the financial year-to-date basis, while Nifty Energy, Nifty PSU Bank, Nifty Oil & Gas and Nifty Realty have fallen by 19%, 18%, 12% and 12%, respectively in the said period. Similarly, stocks in the Oil & Gas sector under MOFSL’s coverage universe reported a 33% fall in their 9M earnings.Stocks of PSU Banks have fallen despite reporting strong numbers. Against Nifty50’s modest 4% PAT growth in 9MFY25, the net profit of public lenders have surged by 23% in the same period, MOFSL said."In the banking space, PSU banks have been significantly beaten as compared to the private sector banks, with the Nifty PSU Bank index down by almost 9% YTD against 1% correction in the Nifty Private Bank Index. Overall, investor sentiments appear to be more favourable towards the large-cap private sector banking names as opposed to PSU banks with the exception of SBI," Aamar Deo Singh, Senior Vice President-Equity, Commodity & Currency at Angel One told ETMarkets.He attributed the ongoing phenomenon to overall declining growth trends in PSU bank stocks along with concerns regarding NPAs, future credit growth and rising competition with private sector banks. Singh said that these factors are collectively making the current environment for PSU banks challenging and forcing investors to rethink about investing in them. Is it time to exit?PSU/PSE and infrastructure stocks have softened following a great run for the past many years as investors booked profits on valuation concerns and lack of similar promise (they enjoyed before) owing to flat government capex allocation in this year's budget. The 3-year returns by the BSE PSU index is still 99%, despite an 18% erosion in the past 6 months. Likewise, Nifty Infra index's 3-year returns are recorded at 63% while it has seen a 14% slip over the past six months.Notwithstanding a 30% fall over the past 6 months, Nifty India Defence has been the top performer in the pack. Defence stocks have had a stellar run in the last couple of years amid the government’s strong focus on the sector. That had kept the stocks going until they hit the valuation wall. While financial services stocks are second best in terms of gains, they have fallen less (-1.5%) compared to many of their peers in the past six months. Healthcare has been among the top performing sectors and has seen major earnings upgrades. The 9MFY25 PAT growth registered by the sector is 23%. Pockets of opportunitiesMOFSL has a positive view on metals, NBFCs, private banks and technology and expects them to lead the incremental profits for FY26E.For Nilesh Shah, banking and financial services is one sector where one can look to add during this correction. The valuations are now trading way below historical average for many of the private banks after the FPI selling, he said. Moreover, the NPA cycle is under control and with the RBI improving liquidity, it will push up deposit as well as credit growth, the MD of Kotak AMC said.
