नई दिल्ली, पीटीआई। सोशल मीडिया और ओटीटी पर अश्लील कंटेट को बैन करने की मांग उठ रही है। इसे लेकर सुप्रीम कोर्ट में भी याचिका दायर की गई थी, जिसपर आज अदालत ने सुनवाई की है। सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने इसपर एक्शन लेते हुए केंद्र सरकार समेत कई सोशल मीडिया प्लेटफॉर्म को नोटिस जारी किया है।

सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने केंद्र सरकार के अलावा नेटफ्लिक्स, उल्लू डिजिटल लिमिटेड, ऑल्ट बाला जी, ट्विटर, मेटा प्लेटफार्म और गूगल को नोटिस दिया है।

पूर्व सूचना आयुक्त उदय माहुरकर समेत कुछ लोगों ने अश्लील कंटेंट के खिलाफ सुप्रीम कोर्ट में याचिका दायर की थी। इस याचिका में केंद्र सरकार से नेशनल केंटेंट कंट्रोल ऑथोरिटी (NCCO) का गठन करने की मांग की गई है। साथ ही याचिकाकर्ताओं का कहना है कि सभी सोशल मीडिया प्लेटफॉर्म और ओटीटी प्लेटफॉर्म अश्लीलता को रोकने के लिए दिशानिर्देश तय करना चाहिए।

सुप्रीम कोर्ट में सुनवाई के दौरान सॉलिसीटर जनरल तुषार मेहता ने केंद्र सरकार का पक्ष रखा। उन्होंने दलील देते हुए कहा कि -

सरकार इस याचिका को अन्यथा नहीं ले रही है।मेरी चिंता इस बात को लेकर है कि बच्चे भी इससे प्रभावित हो रहे है। इन प्रोगाम की भाषा न केवल अश्लील है, बल्कि विकृत है। दो पुरुष भी इसे एक साथ बैठकर नहीं देख सकते। सिर्फ ये शर्त लगाई गई है कि 18 साल से ज़्यादा उम्र वाले के कंटेंट है। लेकिन इसका मतलब ये नहीं है कि बच्चों की पहुंच इस कंटेंट तक नहीं है।

मामले की सुनवाई के दौरान सुप्रीम कोर्ट के न्यायाधीश बीआर गवई ने कहा कि "हमने भी देखा है कि बच्चों को व्यस्त रखने के लिए माता-पिता उन्हें फोन दे देते हैं। यह एक गंभीर मामला है। कार्यपालिका और विधायिका को इसपर नजर रखनी चाहिए।

डिजिटल डेस्क, नई दिल्ली। भारतीय जनता पार्टी (BJP) के गोड्डा से सांसद निशिकांत दुबे ने पाकिस्तान पर हमला बोला है। उन्होंने X पर पोस्ट कर कहा कि पाकिस्तान से संबंधित आतंकवाद का एक नया चेहरा अब सामने आया है। निशिकांत दुबे ने पाकिस्तानी लड़कियों के मुद्दे को उठाया जो शादी के बाद भारत आई हैं। लेकिन अभी तक उन्हें भारतीय नागरिकता नहीं मिली है।

भाजपा सांसद ने कहा, 'पाकिस्तानी आतंकवाद का एक नया चेहरा अब सामने आया है। 5 लाख से अधिक पाकिस्तानी लड़कियां शादी करने के बाद भारत में रह रही हैं, लेकिन उन्हें आज तक भारतीय नागरिकता नहीं मिली है। इन दुश्मनों से कैसे लड़ा जाए जो अंदर घुस आए हैं?' ये स्थिति एक गंभीर खतरे की ओर इशारा कर रही है।

यह बयान जम्मू-कश्मीर के पहलगाम में 22 अप्रैल को हुए आतंकवादी हमले के मद्देनजर आया है, जिसमें 26 लोगों की जान चली गई थी। इसके बाद भारत ने पाकिस्तान के खिलाफ कड़ी कार्रवाई करते हुए 27 अप्रैल से तत्काल प्रभाव से दीर्घकालिक, राजनयिक और आधिकारिक वीजा को छोड़कर पाकिस्तानी नागरिकों को जारी किए गए सभी श्रेणियों के वीजा रद कर दिए थे।

इससे पहले रविवार को अटारी सीमा पर एक प्रोटोकॉल अधिकारी अरुण पाल ने कहा कि रविवार को अल्पकालिक वीजा धारकों के लिए समय सीमा समाप्त होने के बाद पिछले तीन दिनों में कुल 537 पाकिस्तानी नागरिक अटारी सीमा के माध्यम से भारत छोड़ चुके हैं।

एएनआई से बात करते हुए पाल ने कहा कि पिछले तीन दिनों में 850 भारतीय नागरिक भारत लौट आए हैं। उन्होंने कहा कि अकेले रविवार को 237 पाकिस्तानी नागरिक अपने देश लौट गए, जबकि 116 भारतीय नागरिक वापस आए हैं।

जम्मू-कश्मीर के पहलगाम में बैसरन मैदान में 22 अप्रैल को आतंकी हमला हुआ। यह 2019 के पुलवामा हमले के बाद से इस क्षेत्र में सबसे घातक हमलों में से एक था, जिसमें 40 केंद्रीय रिजर्व पुलिस बल (सीआरपीएफ) के जवानों की जान चली गई थी।

घटना के बाद, 23 अप्रैल से पहलगाम आतंकी हमला स्थल पर तैनात राष्ट्रीय जांच एजेंसी (एनआईए) की टीमों ने सबूतों की तलाश तेज कर दी है। आतंकवाद विरोधी एजेंसी के एक आईजी, डीआईजी और एसपी के नेतृत्व में टीमें 22 अप्रैल के हमले को देखने वाले चश्मदीदों से पूछताछ कर रही हैं।

इसके अलावा, भारतीय सेना हाई अलर्ट पर है और पहलगाम में हमले के बाद आतंकवादियों को बेअसर करने के लिए कई तलाशी अभियान चला रही है।
