Shri Samrat Choudhary, Hon'ble Deputy Chief Minister-cum-Minister of Finance, Commercial-Tax, Government of Bihar addressed the interactive session on “Next Generation GST Reforms” organized at the premises of Bihar Chamber of Commerce and Industries. A memorable moment from the Centenary Celebrations of the Bihar Chamber of Commerce & Industries, where Shri Sunil Jeevrajji Singhi, Chairman, National Traders’ Welfare Board, Government of India, and Shri Nitin Nabin, Hon’ble Minister of Road Construction, Government of Bihar, joined Office Bearers, Dignitaries, and Members to pay tribute to the Distinguished Past Presidents who have led the Chamber since 1926.
The Centenary Celebrations of the Bihar Chamber of Commerce and Industries were inaugurated on September 9, 2025, with the traditional lighting of the ceremonial lamp by Shri Sunil Jeevrajji Singhi, Chairman, National Traders’ Welfare Board, Government of India; Shri Nitin Nabin, Hon’ble Minister of Road Construction, Government of Bihar; and Shri Subhash Kumar Patwari, President, Bihar Chamber of Commerce and Industries. The auspicious occasion was graced by esteemed members of the Chamber and other distinguished guests.
On the auspicious occasion of the Centenary Year of Bihar Chamber of Commerce and Industries, Bihar Chamber organized a free multi-specialist medical check-up camp in collaboration with Jai Prabha Medanta Super Specialist Hospital, Patna. Doctors from General Physician, Medicine, Cardiologist, Orthopedic and Urologist checked the people in the camp. Members of Bihar Chamber and their family members getting checked at the camp.
The doctors who visited during the camp were welcomed.
The Director General of Police, Bihar, Shri Vinay Kumar,I.P.S. held a meeting with the members of Bihar Chamber of Commerce and Industries to discuss in detail the issues related to law and order in the State. The meeting was attended by Additional Director General of Police Shri Pankaj Kumar Darad,I.P.S., Shri Paras Nath,I.P.S., Shri Sudhanshu Kumar,I.P.S. and Shri Sunil Kumar,I.P.S. along with Inspector General of Police Central Range Shri Jitendra Rana, I.P.S., Senior Superintendent of Police Shri Kartikeya K. Sharma, I.P.S., City Superintendent of Police Shri Parichay Kumar, I.P.S., Shri Bhanu Pratap Singh, I.P.S., and Ms. Diksha, I.P.S. were also present.
