In the program, Bihar Chamber of Commerce and Industries President Shri Subhash Kumar Patwari was the Chief Guest, Secretary General Shri Pashupati Nath Pandey and Former President Shri P.K. Agrawal Special Guests and Executive Committee Member Shri Namit Patwari attended as a Guest .
